Ok tochi gets married tommorow and packs all of them to her matrimonial home. Tochi is just 26 she has alot to do to step into her father's shoes( Trainings) therefore Emeka is the next in line according to culture just for guardianship. Not for properties because himself is not poor. There is no property to inherit period. The boy and girls are too young to be left for tochi at 26.
Herberts sisters are not illiterates there is nothing emeka can do. Will he go and take herbert's access bank shares or will he take over the management of craneburg. These are public liability companies therefore, its not easy for emeka to inherit anything. They need someone as a father figure case closed. Are you suggesting emeka should leave them alone because they are old enough to take care of themselves, if he does that people will still criticize him. Let them be. She still needs to be mentored by those older than her. Herbert has 3 younger kids who are less than 17 each, what happens to them. Just like saying one is wiser than his father, how possible can that be. Tochi will eventually marry I did not say she should be married off. The point am making is that she is too inexperienced, she just came off school and is on internship thats why she will not be the managing director of access holdings at the moment. She will be put at the position her father left at the appointed time. She will be too busy with so many things she needs to learn. Who takes care of her siblings when she in Harvard for courses etc. Be properly guided. Go and announce her chairman/ ceo of access holdings since she is old enough to know everything then you will see the repercussion. I thought I knew a lot at 26 when I graduated but then while I was doing youth service I realised I knew nothing about my field of study and life. When you are older you will realise what am saying.

I'm surprised too .first time hearing somone inheriting his brother's children so as to end up inheriting his properties and wealth. Pls if the brother is poor would he inherent poor brothers kids ?
