I am new to this. I’ve been having condensation in tubing. I have switched to heated. So I have been trying different settings. So I just put my machine humidifier to auto as u suggested. But u also showed to put tube setting to 3. Well it won’t let me put tube to 3. It sets it to auto and it will not let me in to change to 3. Any thoughts?
I have had to turn off the heated tube, and set the humidifier to 5, and still getting a little dry mouth. Is there something wrong with the machine? It is new. When I do the preheat it heats up too warm.
I use a Resmed 11, but I tried to test if the device really records obstructions, and intentionally stopped breathing for twenty seconds, but no Apnea recorded appeared on the device screen. Is there a defect in the device or is my testing method incorrect?
Hi there, it sounds like they may have sent you a disposable and a non-disposable one to you. The device does need each. You will put the white one in the machine first and then the black filter lays right on top of that, The non-disposable(black) you can rinse out every few weeks, and the white one gets replaced about every two weeks. If you are maintaining your filers correctly, it helps lengthen the live of your CPAP. So we always suggest keeping those filters nice and clean. Did they send you extra white filters?

Why did aero care send me foam, black filters and same size white, cotton filters? Are they interchangeable or both go in same place? Please help
