Many years ago I became disconnected from my father through no fault of mine, I discovered he had slept rough for awhile but I remembered I was told that as a young man he had joined the Sally Army so he could play in a band! I contacted my local SA and the person I spoke to said they would try to find him..it took some time but they kept in touch with me and promised they would find him or what had happened to him...they never gave up and yes he was found and told his daughter wanted to see him. I was fortunate enough to spend some time with him before he passed away and I shall forever be grateful for what you did. No matter what religious beliefs colour or creed my gift is always sent with thanks and the hope it will help others.
Even though the good is done no matter what religious beliefs colour or creed, it is only possible due to their belief in Jesus Christ as the Savior, Redeemer.

I have learning disability where I went with Notting Hill Salvation Army Church to celebrate Christmas in Royal Albert Hall on the 10th of December 2021. I was touch by God to see the light of Jesus Christ. Amen Alleluia. Love in Christ from Jesus and Sylvia Nazareth.
I’m a non believer but accompanied my brother who has learning disabilities and I must say all involved did an excellent job. I have long admired The Salvation Army’s work in the community so long may you all keep on using your faith, talents, skills and hard work to help and bring hope to others.

Many years ago 1954-56 I begged my mother to let me go to the local Salvation Army for their Sunday session...I was and indeed still am an avid music fan.....Mum says I used to love the tambourines at Sally Army.......I was 7/8 at the time and living in Portsmouth was also very excited when the Royal Marines Band used to parade around the streets nearby..............Have always admired the work the Salvation Army do for those less fortunate than myself...........very inspiring video !!

My Gran was a staunch Sslvation Armist. Will forever remember attending Sunday School there. It was filled with joyous fun whilst learning. Going to the "Adults" service was very uplifting. None of the "Doom & Gloom" that other Churches were giving. Going to Church to me was supposed to give you hope and feeling good when you left - not leaving you feeling worse than when you went in. That's why I loved attending the Salvation Army - would recall how I felt then and take solice from those early "Religious" lessons. Bless you all and keep on doing what you do.

After being saved my Dad asked my mom to have 1 more baby because he did not remember conception or birth of the others. That baby was me. I was born in 1963 and had I been a boy i would have been named Bramwell. God, through the Salvation Army, saved my dad! I am eternally grateful for my childhood church!

I was born in 1969 visually impaired because my mother had the Asian flu while she was pregnant with me. I lost the sight in my left eye in elementary school because my retina detatched. I also had two eye opporations on my right eye after graduating high school. I was just thinking how thirty years ago on New Year's Eve I noticed my sight in my right eye getting worse. My eye doctor said I would end up losing all my sight. My sight just kept getting worse but God hasn't stopped blessing me. I didn't intend to share all this but God is good. Have a blessed Christmas.

As a White woman that at one time in my life had an interracial relationship I am appalled that the Salvation Army has gone political. You made me angry when you said that just because I am White I am racist and I should apologize. I suggest you stick to helping people and stay out of the political fray and please refrain from making anymore ignorant statements. By the way I will NOT be donating this year. Watching from Costa Rica What a blessing this was. Thank you. The Salvation Army always touches my heart. I used to ring the bell when living in the states. Also helped with the Angel Tree program. The stories are too numeral to tell. God is still working thru your ministry.

Great Program! I really enjoyed it! Am so glad I got to see it. Am also glad that you still are spreading the Gospel and having this concert is also a way of spreading it. I'm from Cape Breton Nova Scotia and never knew that you had a concert over there every year. Hope I find out next year when it is on again. Hopefully, I'll still be alive by then. Firstly I would like to wish all a peaceful and safe merry christmas where people can share a meal with all family together and for those who have lost loved ones to covid 19 may you know that they are not lost as long as you keep thier love in your hearts and one day you will meet them again and until then may you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and we hope you will recieve strength from this.
I have just one small fault and i ask this as an ex Salvation Army colour sergeant where is our beloved FLAG it seems the Army does not show it anymore as i have seen several videos and sadly our Flag is not there are we just an Army in name or had the devil still look out for THE SALVATION ARMY is still here to Fight evil beneath our colours till we die. You will note I said ex colour sergeant i sadly left my local corp for personal reason but in my heart and my relationship with God I still believe in my Articles of War and always will God Bless And NEVER LET THE OLD FLAG FALL.

As a White woman that at one time in my life had an interracial relationship I am appalled that the Salvation Army has gone political. You made me angry when you said that just because I am White I am racist and I should apologize. I suggest you stick to helping people and stay out of the political fray and please refrain from making anymore ignorant statements. By the way I will NOT be donating this year. We will see if I donate next year depending on your future actions. I think I was very polite in my comment but I had to remind myself that I am a lady and a grownup and I have to be respectful despite my anger.
