  • Students asked me how they could create a BOM table in which the index of all the parts that are purchased starts with an A and the index all the parts which we manufacture ourselves starts with another letter B or M.

I have a question. I'm using Creo with some ADD-ons by the company ABB. I have made a simple framework with a few different profiles. Then I make a drawing, I make a BOM table and I get so far as to press the Repeat Region and then Attributes, as shown in one of your videos, but nothing happens. The BOM table does not get filled in. Similarly, when I try to create Ref Balloons they don't show up. ABB's automatic part list works fine when I model parts normally and assemble them, but with the Framework add-on it doesn't work. Does this have something to do with Top-level or Part-level settings?

Did you do an "Update Tables"?
It is the button to the right of the repeat region button.
