Kratos was very brutal to Poseidon. Which is hilarious when you think about how Poseidon didn’t even sneeze in Kratos’ direction until Kratos rolled up and threatened them at their house.

@@Th3Illegal Yeah, I've seen so many comments saying how there was no beef between Kratos and Poseidon whatsoever. Of course Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta aren't as known as the main games, but the story is great, especially in GoS
I was almost traumatized as a child by how brutally Kratos handled Helius.. The way he torn off his head so i could use it as a flashlight to solve puzzles got me in awe man.

Baldur kill was not brutal at all, in fact he's kill is probably the most merciful and painless kill in the whole series

The first two most definitely (3 already got one) and even CoO & GoS. I also would like to see ascension get ported. I know people don't like that last entry but I thought it was okay.

Yo, Kratos just a beast. Always loved the GOW franchaise and definitely looking forward to Ragnarok. I think his kill at Hercules and Helios are my top two favorite ones

as soon as i saw this i guessed it was gonna be either Poseidon or Helios, both kills were just an insane amount of gore

I knew Helios death would be number one. I played all of them and don't really remember much but this one was so brutal it stuck with me.
I felt Poseidon’s was the worst of all. Between him and Hermes.

I think Helios had the most brutal death especially since you could actually see the skin, bones, muscles, and tendons slowly stretch and tear as Kratos rips his head off slowly and to make it worse the soon to be decapitated mythical Greek God of the Sun is screaming in a combo of pain and terror throughout the entire process.
And then he uses his head as a flashlight.

The helios one was the most brutal for me for the screaming and his head still lighting up. Maybe after this game there will be another list like this.

Poseidon's death in God of War III should be #1 no question. The reverse PoV is a work of art letting us see Kratos' wrath from the enemy's view.

The only thing from GoW 2018 that should have made this list is the werewolf stun kill. It’s the only part of the game like the older ones.
Baldur’s kill is the cleanest most humane kill Kratos has ever done. His 100s of other killings are infinitely more vicious and brutal
Even if poseidon isn't "technically" as brutal as betting zeus and hercules into a melted pulp it FEELS BRUTAL due to the pov. They should have done this with zeus as well as the 1st person stuff
