- Not only is Hahndorf the oldest surviving German settlement in Australia, it's a great cycling destination from Adelaide! Lots to see, do, eat, and drink, especially German beer, as you'll see 😁🍺🍻

Thanks for inviting me for the ride with you and Dan! The video is so beautiful even I who have been in those towns hundreds of times haven't noticed some things that are featured!!!
You did the one thing I've never been able to do while riding, spot a koala! 😁 I've been wanting to get one on camera for ages! 🙏😍🐨
Got to love loop rides, Hahndorf looking very nice at the moment with the leaves changing colour, great clip
Definitely one of the prettiest times of year to be cycling through the hills 😍🍁🍂🍁🍂
What a wonderful video of the old towns in the hills really enjoy your cycling all the best cheers SERFINA
Thank you 😍🙏💗 it's a beautiful place to ride, and so much more to explore 🚴♀️
Great time of year in the hills, crisp, fresh and clean air.
It's absolutely perfect cycling weather 😍 🍂🍁🚴♀️🍂🍁
Thx Serafina for taking us along on this tour with beautiful and changing landscapes. 10 years ago, I was in Venezuela and visited "Colonia Tovar", about 70 km west of Caracas . It was founded on April 8, 1843, by a group of 390 immigrants from the then independent state of the Grand Duchy of Bade, a very popular and crowded place by tourists on weekends. Still standing and inhabited houses look like if one was in Bavaria. Due to the small population size and consanguineous mating, experiencing isolation for 100 years, unfortunately it´ s the place of highest incidence og Mongolian births in South America, though with a thriving agricultural-artisanal economy, specially fruit production: apples, strawberries, sherry and restaurants serving German food.
Hi Ben 😃 thanks for sharing, what an absolutely fascinating sounding place, and history! I'm constantly in awe of the communities and people that make up our global culture today, if only it were possible to cycle every piece of this earth to see, meet, and experience it all 🚴♀️🌏dream, dream, dream...😍
Cola bears are the best.. that’s the best ride ever. You have amazing infrastructure
Koalas are so adorable 😍 it's hard seeing them while riding as they are usually up in the trees 🐨
Such a great video ,I really enjoyed that one, seeing the koala 🐨 and the kangaroos 🦘 the Scots were really cool too ,20 years ago I'd have been joining them getting wrecked at the bar,
Nowadays I'd rather have had a cycle with you and a plate of them chips 🍟 😂🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️
They were from Glasgow, super cool! and the highlight of the ride! 😅🍻
If you go up to Cleland Wildlife Park near Mt Lofty you can arrange to hold a Koala 🐨.
I took my parents there, years ago, when they came over for a visit from NZ, mum got to hold the koala, it was super cute 🐨😃
You gotta have limberger and onions on rye bread with a few beers, it's the best! The koala bears are cute too.
What's limberger? 😃
@@CyclewithSerafina "stinky" cheese! It's a German thing. Sometimes when you get a chunk it has a tough rind on it that resembles "mold", it's not mold, it's the best part to eat🧀
@@wolf-walker oooh that reminds me of when I was living in the Netherlands and going into the cheese shops, it was sooo stinky! but sooo yummy!! 🧀
Many nationalities all speaking the same language, steak and beer 🍺! 🥩
One people! united in our love for good food, good conversation, and good drink! 🍻😁
My last 100k was not nearly as interesting as yours, similar time, no cola bears
Is that the one you got covered in mud? it sounded like a real adventure! 😃
@@CyclewithSerafina yup it was. All I saw were horses.
@@fisharefriends598 🐎 are cool, especially if they are wild horses 😁
