  • The Marino Rocks Loop starts in the city and follows the Mike Turtur Bikeway to Glenelg Beach. The path goes south along the waterfront all the way to Marino Rocks where it joins with the Marino Rocks Greenway bringing you back to the city on a bike path.
    This loop is mostly on separated bike paths with a few back roads which are well signed. It's a beautiful loop along the coast and then a very small climb up to follow the railway line. The Marion Rocks Greenway follows the railway line all the way back to the city, so you can't get lost!

      Yes! definitely much better in the sunshine! although I've been riding it a lot in the rain recently (and skidded out on the dirt track which had turned into mud!) :D

    Just found your channel and subscribed! We do have some wonderful paths, I hope to find more. I cycled the Marino Rocks path recently, and I should taken your route from Glenelg, so scenic. Omnivore on Railway Tce was a great coffee stop 😁

      Thanks for subscribing! 🚴‍♀️ There are so many paths and many of them connect making it perfect for doing a variety of loops and circuits. I've cycled past Omnivore a lot but never stopped, definitely going to have to try it now! 😁👊🚴‍♀️

      That's still a big fun ride along the coast! 😃 yeah, the path keeps going after Brighton, to Marino, there's a boardwalk before connecting back onto the bike path... but sounds like you would've had an awesome ride! and perfect weather for it 🤩👊🚴‍♂️

    Nice ride thanks for sharing and I have subscribed:) where did you purchase the waterproof handlebar case for your mobile phone?

      Thanks for the subscribe! sorry, I'm not sure how I missed this message! I bought the case online but it actually broke a couple of weeks ago, the zip wasn't strong and fell apart with all my opening and closing. I purchased a better quality one from 99 bikes last week, the zip is designed for cycling and you just need to pull up to open, a much better design :)

    What GoPro are you using?

    • @CyclewithSerafina
      @CyclewithSerafina  4 года назад +2

      Hero 5, I film on my phone when I'm talking to camera and have GoPro chest mount for riding. It films better than handlebar or helmet.

    • @Tronblue007
      @Tronblue007 4 года назад +1

      Cycle Adelaide South Australia you should get your hands on a GoPro 7 or 8. The image stabilisation is fantastic.

    • @CyclewithSerafina
      @CyclewithSerafina  4 года назад

      @@Tronblue007 Yes, I'd heard they improved the stabilisation after Hero 5 so Hero 6 onwards has much better stabilisation, next purchase! :D
