I want to confirm something I was confused about: Juliet Donnachie used to do announcements at stations where Karen does them, and Edinburgh Waverley/Haymarket. This is why, in 2018, the announcements for services heading to, let's say, Manchester Airport had different announcement voices.
The difference in the voices at Haymarket is because the announcer has had text to speech recordings mixed in for some reason. I think Juliet only announced at Edinburgh Waverley
