OMG these ne waza transition are what you learn when you are a yellow belt, seeing this on the competitive scene is mindblowing, talk about being strong in the fondamental, holy cow this is impressive and good to see
Amazing ne-waza. Love his style. Doing the basics so well and showing Why Its so important. He has already beaten guys like Mollaid, Lee and Albayrak so he is in the top mix already.
@@JudoHighlights2015 True. I dont think he beats Tato though, at least not yet. Tato seems pretty unbeatable right now. I may be wrong, but I think Hojo would have a better chance in the olympics than Nagase.
@@HantonSacu It seems like Nagase would probably be the biggest issue for someone like Hojo out of all the active Japan competitors. I'd like to see Hojo vs Sasaki though since they're the two shortest 81 kg athletes for Japan. I'd give the edge for Sasaki since he's amazing everywhere, but I want to see Sasaki vs Lee as well, since we have yet to get that match. In either case I think Japan is going to give Hojo more opportunities, which would be well-earned.

Yeah this time around the level of competition probably wasn’t as high as before

@@vbvb8780sasaki beat tato. smaller japanese guys are a problem for him
@@HantonSacu You have a point. If he gets Tato to the ground Tato is in trouble
