- How AWESOME is this??? A Raspberry Pi with MAME inside a classic Coleco Mini-Arcade Table Top! The guys at FB Group "Old Made New" put this together! Check them out here: / oldmadenew
Yeah this Ms.PAC-Man is really cool even with those other games, however the Numbskull feels, looks like the Original Ms.PAC-Man Machine.
Props to those that can make these old Coleco Games look 21st Century!
To have had one of these in the 80s was equivalent to heaven.
Yeah, they would all be going crazy at just the sight of MAME
Now that is the real thing only smaller. Coleco MAME arcades rule forever with Raspberry Pi.
Totally awesome. Best game ever. I grew up on Ms. Pacman and Donkey Kong and would love to get one of these for travel. This is a must look into. Thanks for sharing. I may be late but I don't care. I need to be buried with this one so I can take Ms. Pacman with me to heaven. LMBO. :-)
If someone can scan and create a 1:1 3d model of this shell we can make simply them with 3d printing so we don’t have to destroy the old ones!
I have two of these. A frogger and a galaxian. I would never modify them though no matter how cool this is.
Have a Galaxian meself!
I would have mowed a million lawns and shoveled a million driveways to have this when I was 7.
Mr. Arcade Lives!
Great one to have. Like the real arcade machine only smaller.
The only thing I would do differently is to get rid of the small panels on the either side of the screen and put in a bigger screen.
Where can I buy this?
Love it!
Price man Price
How much do these units usually cost? Also how sturdy is the joystick. Concerned about if that joystick can take a lot of play. Thanks.
Nostalgic for the 70's & 80's y6
Personally I'm not a fan of these, if they were 3D printed cases then yea that'd be kick ass but I strongly disagree with destroying real Coleco Tabletops for these. Thank god mine won't ever be converted
The ones he takes are busted beyond repair, so no harm done
If the unit is completely tits up to the point that the only thing intact is the case, what’s your problem?
I have a fully working and playable Coleco Pac-Man tabletop that I would never gut, but if I had one that was tits up beyond repair you bet your ass I’m putting a Rasberry Pi and a screen in it so it can, you know, PLAY GAMES.
How much does he charge for one of these?
If I have to guess, $799.99 average for a 60-1.
$400 basic build prices goes up depending on xtras
@@Rlotpir1972 but it's not a 60 in 1. It's MAME running off a pi, so that's about 1/3 cheaper in parts right there.
