    Great video!
I'd like to have a very itemized description of the underwater dolphin kick : What muscles start, continue. Synchronization. How to learn in dryland the movement...
Since I try to do it, but I move quite slow.

I feel like I am faster swimming deep end to shallow I know it's psychological because bottom of pool closes in but does anybody else feel this too??

Be careful: Increase your distance per stroke, yes. But do not push down the water. Pushing down - pulling too early - gives the illusion of an efficient press. But the vertical component of the force is harmful.

I wish the swimPro app showed the next training on the watch. Like at the bottom if the program on the watch. I will upload at the group what It could look like.

I have curvature of the spine so I’m not completely flat in the water….(think shark dorsal fin) so my rotation suffers which leads to it being difficult to get a breath to the side……I’m 53 and am currently taking lesson, but cannot currently do lengths because of the breathing issue….do you have any advice?

Hi Steven! We recommend either getting a snorkel to help your freestyle or incorporate some backstroke into your swimming. Hope this helps!

@@FaresKsebati thank you for your advice, I have purchased a snorkel and have started doing backstroke.
I really enjoy your video’s from here in the UK.
