8 out of the songs in BE Together are produced by Hyunsik and 5 are produced by Minhyuk (HUTA). Peniel as well as Minhyuk write their own rap verses. They are a really well balanced group with great musicians and great people.

BTOB has such a full sound. Their songs are like a homecooked meal.
"The Song" is the title track.
"Be Together" is the namesake of the album.
I became a Melody during their their subunit's appearance on the 2021 Kingdom Legendary War survival show so this album was a huge warm hug to me from the whole group...the "man group, not boy group," as you said. Thanks for something as large as an album listen for a group that is new to you. I noticed your Nirvana shirt...the member who composed most of the songs on this album, Hyunsik, really likes Nirvana. The intro and interlude were definitely written by him and he probably played the piano for them. The whole album is a thank you to Melody for loving and supporting them through all of the hard times, the 4 year military hiatus and the sadness of Ilhoon leaving the group. Looking forward to your reaction to their Killing Voice, which only came last year, surprisingly.
The whole song is self produced. And dance with me is composed by Hyunsik . Btob producer line is Hyunsik and Minhyuk 💙💙🙌🏻

i could cry from this 😭 thank you so much for appreciating the rappers! btob is widely known as being a vocal powerhouse that people often overlook the equally talented rappers! so thank you!! btob rappers are heck amazing for having the skill of incorporating rap in ballads seamlessly!!
edit: i’m sure someone has already pointed this out, but all the songs in this album (and the next and future ones most likely!) were all composed and directed by two of the members themselves: hyunsik and minhyuk. this is why watching reactors react to btob songs feel so validating 😂 when reactors praise the song itself, the melody, the producing, the lyrics-they’re also praising btob too~

Thank you so much for reacting to this and for all the good things you said about the songs and the Beats. This is their 3rd full album and the title track for this album is actually the one with the music video, THE SONG. Yes, this is somewhat an emotional album coz it was done after everyone was discharged from their mandatory enlistment..it was after a 4 year military hiatus that all members were reunited and had a comeback and this was what they gifted their fans. It's a comeback album..also to celebrate their 10th year that time (2022) and it's a show of their gratitude to their fandom (Melody) for being with them all these years, supporting & loving them & waiting patiently for them to finish enlistment. This is a real full album coz it truly feels so full..it has a mixture of all the right songs, right style and genre plus those heavenly vocals and instruments..just so good. Yes, BTOB is known as the vocal/harmony kings..and they always make songs that are so worth listening to. Their rappers always make their own raps/verses. And songs are written and composed by the members. In this album, Hyunsik was the one who wrote/composed The Intro, The Song, Be Together, My Way, Interlude, Lonely, Dance With Me and Outro. While Minhyuk was the one who wrote/composed Blooming Day, Whiskey, Thank You, Higher and It's All Good. Thank you for your wonderful reviews of their songs. Yes, do please check out their Killing Voice performance..so amazing. Also, if you feel like looking into more of their albums, kindly check out their BROTHER ACT Album..another good one. And their latest mini album, WIND AND WISH..it just has 5 songs but the style and instrumentation is so good. It's like a journey back to the oldies..please check it out. Thank You.

This album gave me comfort at a time in my life when I really needed someone. BTOB have a way of making you feel loved, no matter if you've been a Melody for 10 years or just one. My favorite message from them is the phrase Yejiapsa that Lee Changsub invented; I love you in the past, present and future. Yejiapsa💙

Love that you're doing more BtoB, they're 1 of my ult groups, & are known as vocal kings, like Exo, another ult group, they debuted in the same year, 2012...
Like Exo, they can all sing, but they also write almost all their songs & at least help with the production too...
Actually, Hyunsik & D.O. have been friends since school & there are actually some predebut videos of them singing together for school events floating around, horrible quality though since they're so old & filmed by a student's parent, lol...
Also, I agree that you should definitely watch their Killing Voice, it shows the range of their discography & ridiculous way they sound as good or better live...

Hehe for blooming day you were so engrossed you missed the names of who was singing. Start is Hyunsik (our lovely Eunkwangie rarely gets the low parts as his voice in naturally higher set then the other memvers), the end part is Eunkwang (I can see why you thought it was Changsub, he usually sets the mood for a song). My favorite song on this keeps changing, but it's between Higher, Blooming Day, and It's All Good. Or maybe Outro: Encore? But then again Lonely sounds amazing acapella, much better then the album version, there's a great clip off "Sketchbook". Most of the songs with the orchestral arrangement are Hyunsik's compositions, he loves the analog feel. The more electronic instrumentals are Minhyuk's songs. Most of my favs this album are Minhyuks, but my favs on the mini album that followed this one in 2023 are all Hyunsiks lol. Enjoy Btob! They have a comeback annouced for March! Their first since leaving Cube Entertainment at the end of last year.

I absolutely recommend watching live versions of some of these.
Blooming day, whisky, dance with me, higher appear in their 10th anniversary concert but all of those have other live recordings as well.
Also, Be together is fantastic live, really, they're a group that's best enjoyed live but no matter how you do it theres always something nes to notice.
You chose a fabulous album to star with, all the songs are *cheffs kiss in this one.
The instrumentals in this sre very full but hace a ton if space to breathe and it gives everyone their time to shine.
All the vocalists are superb and i would love to hear more about what do you think about their differences and similarities.
I'm with you in prefering minhyuk style of rap, in many songs Peniel gives a very distinct and refreshing style however I'd say he's less versatile and more matter-of-fact in his tone so his verses sometimes pull me from the overall feeling of the song, especially in the more tradicionally emotional songs. Hype songs, fun, quirky or funky songs are where he shines the most.
Killing voice is a must, be warned tho that while it sounds good, Dingo did mess up the recording so the audio is edited a bit weird at times. The harmonies could sound vetter here and there. Its still very impressive tho!
