Love and thank you from OH, USA. Ranveer, I have been following your channel for last few months and this podcast hit home for me. I was born and brought up in India and now living in US over two decades. I strongly believe in principles of Ayurveda and traditional Indian food/life style. There has been a struggle living in a pill popping culture who tends to look down on thousands of years of proven medical science such as Ayurveda just because they have not yet done any research. To hear a Doctor’s perspective who is beautifully blending East and West has been a great joy.

    Hi ranveer
I am a naturopath student ( BNYS- Bachelor of naturopathy and Yogic sciences)
A course comes under the ayush medical department
As it concentrates on a holistic approach and cures the whole body then part of the body that the patient approaches to an allopathy doctor.
We only focus on only changes in diet and routine adjustment and yoga practice and only certain therapies to regain a healthy life and purely depend on nature and natural elements to cure the body
I request you to please find an "expert" in this field and introduce people of India about our course and also our needs are advertised from person to person who had experienced the treatment than commercial advertising generally many people don't know that some old practices like-
    1. Getting before sunrise
    2. Eating 2 meals a day
    3. Drinking 3 to 4 liters of water for a day
    4. 1 hour excercise a day
    5. 2 hour for prayer to their supreme soul depending on individual belief
These can actually help an individual to lead a healthy life mentally, physically, spiritual.

Thank you for this wonderful podcast on Gut Health. Wish all this education starts in schools. We should start early so that it becomes a part of life easily. No doubt spirituality helps in mental health. It could be any faith, all of us should be inclined towards spirituality from young. It's all going back to our basics that we always keep hearing from our grandparents

Bro awesome series post new year. Specially podcast with Doctors. Loving it. You are born for this. Thank you so much bhai.
    I have a suggestion..
There is big market of infertility in India. Can you pl create an awareness on IVF, ICS, do's and dont's with specialists. Important part is, post an IVF, what ppl should do to detoxify those chemicals going into the body, and all those stuffs.
Thought this will be a good suggestion.
I hope this can be worth it.
    Think over it bhai.
With Loads of love and blessings...
    Chetan

Vagus nerve starts in the brain into the pelvis. This nerve matches or goes where the chakras go.
This is the vagus nerve. If we can strengthen the vagus nerve -- we can become more resilient and fight stress

I think it's our indian doctors mentality to promote and get benefits from allopathic practices. I too being a doctor faced criticism and been questioned about the scientific backup about my beliefs in the alternative practices. West always takes the intelligent ways of the world and celebrate them as their own, while some narrow/money minded indians discourage these trends. Time to start more research and genuinely celebrate these trends.

@indumoon you get the oposite of what i was trying to say its indians who exaggrate ayurveda nd say we knew it before modern science mainly western or mainstream. which is wrong bcoz even in west or east people have diffrent ideas but we in india are just ignorant to that nd ideas that produce result doesn't need validation stem cells, gene therapy trt/hrt these are not mainstream yet people go to south america(wich is not western or devolped) to get these procedure nd the question is why nobody come to india could be that ayurveda isnt that good as we claim
