  • Thank you guys for supporting me along this journey! My mental has been pretty messed up lately, but I feel like I'm on the other side now. Good luck to everyone still trying to conceive. Our journey has ran its course :)

This video spoke to me! My husband and I ended our TTC journey after a failed IVF in September and I’m scheduled for a hysterectomy 2/25 due to fibroids. The TTC journey was so exhausting and draining for me. I was also somewhat relieved when we decided to stop. We are now talking about adoption/fostering so looking forward to your videos on the process.

Being done with treatment was the best feeling. Congrats on being done! I hope fostering goes well.

Honestly your honesty is refreshing and I know someone will benefit from seeing your journey. I am glad that I was able to identify with you on the Myomectomy. There are not enough Myomectomy recovery stories out there.

"Don't stagger at the impossible" is a morning prayer with Sean Pinder I listened to. The morning prayer helped me build my faith so much. When praises go up Blessings come down even in the midst of things not going the way we want. I've been on a journey to get pregnant for 12yrs. and a lot of things look impossible but God is able.I heard the voice of God tell me years ago he is going to heal me when my husband and I was preparing for ivf and afterwards I had health issues and one thing after another. With God usually things get worse before better so he can show his glory and power as well as strengthen our faith and the faith of people around us. I know it's all in God's perfect timing. It's hard to let patience have its perfect work but I know it will be worth it. As a child of God you inherit the promises like the women in the bible who was blessed with their miracle children. A lot of times right before the breakthrough we start to break down. Praise God now for the blessing even if you don't see it yet that demonstrates faith. I know it will happen soon for you. Speak life no matter what and when you pray have the beautiful baby clothes you bought in front of you and ask God to fill those clothes with a beautiful healthy baby. God bless!

I’m sorry you didn’t get pregnant, it is smart that you didn’t continue. All those hormones can really mess things up and cause fibroids and cancer. I’ve known a few people have problems ether immediately following treatment or years later. Hope this finds you well, take care

THE NIPPLE PAIN! I can relate to that. I was so sure I was pregnant but unfortunately cycle 1 of IUI did not work.

I had my second transfer yesterday.
Im so tired of taking all these meds, shots, pills, suppository…. The first day I went to the fertility specialist my uterus was so pretty & now it’s got fibroids and a cyst…
    I get random pain
We transferred 2 & We have 2 more embryos in Mexico but I think after this round I too will give my body a break… its been really hard on me I’ve always been healthy & never on any medication my entire life. I’ve always worked out and right now I can’t, I don’t feel like myself at all. I never want sex anymore
    This journey is hard

Well at least you can rest in knowing that God has a plan for all of us. And if you don't know, I'll know for the both of us. :) I pray it get easier for you. It's definitely a rough journey to be on, but nothing we can't handle. Stay strong!

Very sorry to hear that. This whole thing can be really hard. We are now pursuing adoption through foster care via the state CPS. It's a much cheaper option than going through a private agency. Wherever your journey leads you, I wish you all the best!
