You can do something similar to that using Minato. Just do a combo but piont your left analogue stick up, then the opponent smashed to the floor. If you attack at the correct time you can carry on the next combo cos they stand up again (like how the tutorial shows but you don't need to cancel yuor combos nor do you need to use the tilt. Hope that helps!

The only time you press it twice, is when you are doing nothing else, and you want to dash. but in the middle of combos, all you need to do, is pick a direction, and press the X button one time. that simple button difference can be a big help with people who are having trouble with combos into tilts. so the combo would be O,O,O,O,O, >X, Tilt

Can't you Ukemi out of it? If you time it you can recover from the fall and jump backwards performing a backflip or does it stop that too? Just a question, not trying to force a statement cause it seems he is fully landing( the dirt rising and creating a dust cloud ). Performing a successful ukemi then there isn't any dust? So wouldn't that intervene with the infinite?
The game start to count the hits from the beginning again, after the knockdown, so it is a reset right? Is there really no way to get out of it without subs? Is there fast rising in this game or quick fall recovery?

Supports (except the ones with invincibility frames or quick startups) tend to get hit by combos and run away so it may work in Team matches, too.

I've used this before. Not as an infinite but as a follow up. I'd do the tilt, and then combo. But good look on finding this Shika :)

No, you can't roll out of the combo. Kakashi's Tilt doesn't let you.
