Hey bro I love your work ,I want to get into the field as well, however i have no PC experience ,what should I do 1st?
Honestly CAM is way more valuable, but it also has a real world skillset that must be mastered at the same time. You can model anything you want. Modeling it so it manufacturable is the key though. At my shop our biggest customer often comes us with projects that are not readily manufacturable. We spend time with them and help them develop the design into some that can be made in a reasonable timeframe/cost. I'm currently making parts for them where they gave us a blank slate as far as design parameters for manufacturability. They told us the end use and what it need to do and let us handle the work of making the parts. Once we has a design that we workable we sent it to them for approval. They were really happy because we were able to make the parts closer to their vision while making is cost effective to make.
I completely agree with you. CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) is an essential skillset that goes hand in hand with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to ensure the manufacturability of the designed parts. Could I make a mold with clay and then scan it? I’m new into 3d printing and just saw something about scanning objects, or is that cheating? Lol
That is not cheating, since that is exactly how cars are designed. The artist builds the body of the car form clay, and then the CAD engineer takes the scanned clay model, to model the car and take it into manufacturing.
I want to learn and master C.A.D. for building with composite resources. Can you please tell me how I can acquire training for this ?

Good day, I need your advice for switching career change in my live. I completed mechanical engineering bachelor and master degree. After completion I've started working in the chemical and oil&gas field base jobs due to better salary. However now I am tired working in the field so I am thinking to refresh my knowledge in CAD tools and start working as freelance or change my career and work as data scientist (I have programming knowledge, I've learned when I was on sick leave). What will better for me for future?
Don't go for pure freelance. Learn a CAD and start building your own product. That's a more promising way if you ask me. But I cannot give you a better advice as it depends on many factors and on yourself
