I always wondered ( note that in my country we dont have mobile detailing services for couple of reasons) How a mobile detailer can complete as exterior detail ( let say wash prep, 1 step polish and ceramic coat) on couple of hours .....and detail shops are need 3-5 days to do it, inspite they have controlled invironment, no weather restrictions and all tools on the spot??? What is the difference? The level of perfection that can be achieved? My kind regards, keep up Again congratulations
Thanks for commenting and watching. Welcome to the channel. Great question. My opinion about why a shop takes longer is, a poorly ran shop. A poorly scheduled shop. A low energy shop that doesn’t value their customers time. Think of it this way. Have you ever went to a Dr’s office for an appointment at let’s say 10am. You get there on time, but have to wait 45 minutes to be called back to a room, then wait another 45 minutes in the room for the Dr to see you because he has 15 other patients in other rooms to see. Now imagine a Dr that shows up at your house, on time, and brings everything he needs with him. Don’t you think he would get right to work, working quickly and efficiently to be on time to his next appointment, with a quicker result for his patient? Just like in the detail shop, or a mechanics shop, your car may sit for several days before they even get to it. Then they waste time on it, working on it when they want to, or doing several projects at the same time. If you were there watching them through the window, they might work on your vehicle a little quicker. As far as level of perfection, if there was a difference, mobile detailers wouldn’t be in business very long. Just my opinion.

In most shops ( at least on our market, the.... amount of days that a car stay in the shop...is also...a.... selling point of detailers , they say to customers .... I need 3-4-5 e.t.c days and that is why i charge so much) also i understand that maybe some services that can be performed on shops such wheels off, or extended full corrections/wetsand e.t.c those need extra days. Also they count the waiting time of a ceramic coat needs to cure before a car leave a shop..... THANKS sir....... Keep up your hard work Much love from Greece
