Hi coach..just one doubt...some of my friends who recently started learning to swim are complaining having back pain after doing breast stroke..what may be the reason? I am also trying to do breast stroke but my legs go back to flutter kick after 2 or 3 strokes...any drill recommendations ?
Thanks for your message. Back pain after doing breaststroke can be caused by bad technique or muscle strain. Try to keep your body horizontal and engage your core muscles to support your lower back. As for your flutter kick, it's totally normal to struggle with it at first. You could try the breaststroke kick on your back drill to help you get the hang of it. Let me know if you have any other questions! Take care

how did you lose fat ? just by swimming?
Swimming, diet & fasting. Cutting out all the sugar is the key and fasting has helped m a lot.

@@RocketSwimmingis it normal for these goggles to be blurry but up close it’s fine? And it makes everything look small.
