Madam is life, Madam is love. Madam is fire, Madam is soft as roses. Madam is the GOAT, Madam is the heart of this show. So many yearrs have passed and I still hold the view that Madam Choi Yoo Jin's character is one of the best female protagonists that I have ever seen in k dramas. No shade on Ji Chang Wook's character, but this drama was elevated to greatness simply because of Madam - top notch performance from Song Yoon Ah.

Honestly, this drama is Song Yoon Ah's masterpiece. Her character is the villain that I love and feel the most sorry for. The character's feelings are very complicated, but she did it so well. No matter how many times I rewatch this drama, I still cry every time because of her scenes.

K2 was my first official "Korean" drama that I had ever watched, and was my gateway into watching Korean dramas. Also the drama, Weightlifting Fairy Kim bok-joo is a 10/10 and a comfort drama of mine that I've gone back to multiple times just to watch over and over again. I've seen Weightlifting Fairy so many times! It's a great watch if you want something light and fun without too much toxicity. The male and female leads became a real couple in real life, but then broke up after. They still have the best chemistry versus the other leads they got to pair up with. 😊 Weightlifting Fairy is just like Strong Girl Bongsoon... but without the murder and supernatural stuff. 😂
