I love this kind of vlogs! I'm learning medidation as well and I find it very soothing. I also focus more on my body which knows better what is right for me. I no longer workout very intense, I just do what I'm feeling is right at a time. Sometimes it is pilates and long walk, sometimes it is run and weight training. Women especially should listen more to their body as we generate energy from inside (men usually from outside).

Annie, have you tried powder dip nails? I find the powder dip lasts longer, goes on much thinner, and is more gentle than gel nails. Highly recommend giving it a try if your nail salons offer it!
