What a stunning beautyfull lincoln luxiry car inside absolut gourgeus color stunning it is like a Journey to a time where they beautyfull cars always USA motors design just great thank you Jay
In 1974, I visited my old home town in Ohio. A former next door neighbor owned a maroon '41 Lincoln Continental. It was sitting in front of her garage looking a little derelict (faded paint and a low tire if I remember right) at the time. Anyway, I made sure to inform her that she had a classic. I think she was already fairly aware of this. But I like to think that she was even more aware of it after we talked about it. I wish I had known that there were only 850 of those made back then. I knew they were rare. I just did not know how rare. Those were rare when they were new! Anyway, that remains still the only 1941 Lincoln Continental that I have ever laid eyes on.
The front end was modelled after a yacht: the knife edge of the prow cutting through water creating a crest of water on either side. Edsel liked to go sailing, much to Henry's consternation.

You'll never please everyone because we have been told people appreciate we aren't all dressed up and snazzy in the videos, that it makes them more personable.

Beautiful car.

A beautiful restoration Jay! AND the clock works! A sign of a great resto. By the way, my wife will knit some slippers for the mouse. :)

Jay, you've gone and bought a collector's collection , if that makes sense!
BEAUTIFUL, It's a Sunday car, I mean it's a church car... I would like to own it...
1941 Cadillac came out with the first automatic transmission option
Yep, I'm getting ready to sell my 1956 Mark II Continental. Same color as this '41. Then again, maybe next year?

This is a nice car but one of the Fog lights is not working from what I can see
Sorry. A tip from Europe. If you present such a piece of art, please don't look like a bummer!
You'll never please everyone because we have been told people appreciate we aren't all dressed up and snazzy in the videos, that it makes them more personable.
I couldn't agree with you more. I'm a born and bred American and I am ETERNALLY HORRIFIED at what absolute SLOBS most of them have become!!!
No overdrive.
Compared to a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr, the Lincoln Continental is definitely a ugly duckling.
I'm sorry but I think it looks ugly as hell.
No worries, not every car is gonna be for everyone! 😉👍
