Billetwound I’d suggest having the door be a locked door instead and when Bowser dies, you get the key to the door and it immediately brings you to the axe instead of a P-switch trap
I'm all for retro-fitting the enemies that weren't in the older games and don't have equivalents... but when they do, it's just silly not to include them. The Bowser enemy should realistically be the following: SMB1: Regular Bowser - throws fire. Shaken Bowser - throws fire and hammers. SMB3: Regular Bowser - as he is in the game. Shaken Bowser should be any of the Koopalings (same AI as Bowser Jr. ..just give them wands and have them shoot fire more often). SMW: Regular Bowser - ...it's fine, but projectiles should hurt him a bit more (it's painful how long that strategy takes). Shaken Bowser - again, really it should be the Koopalings (though they can be more like Ludwig where he just blows fire and jumps far).
Just a suggestion, when you're bad at playing the game you should run the level 10 times and pick the best one out of the 10 to post. Also you ruined the level with the pointless sound effects everywhere

It’s not anything about the feedback of the level, the commenter was just feeling superior I guess and felt the need to tell someone else that they’re bad. Billet’s just doing something they like, and the other guy is just bashing him for “being bad”. (I didn’t think the sound effects were necessary though. That was the real feedback part of the comment.)

Edit suggestion: The p blocks below bowser open up a path to the Axe that only p blocks can open :)
That's the point. You have to get bowser to hit the p block so the spring falls.
