"excuse my mid gameplay" Way to make me feel bad, haha. Sick gameplay that proves how good gyro can be! Playing shooters with controller doesn't have to suck lol
so i didn´t know you can play gyro on PC i was only played Doom eternal on switch cause was the only one who has gyro on the game!, now i will change to PC and i will play wiht my dualsense to use Gyro, i dont know why but i just cant play Doom eternal without gyro, is so much comfortable and you can have better aim. Nice video.
Gyro is the best middle ground between a comfy controller and the precision of a mouse, also i believe you can use switch pro controller on PC and use that gyro.
yea im glad switched over too it still not used to it PB-rocket is somehow easier but somehow harder in other ways, oh and 2016 should be the game to practice first with it
@@bibabutzemann5661 Cheers, used to play on console but when i made the swtich to PC I couldn't get used to it so i switched to controller and decided on a whim to use gyro on 2016 and found good results Then later eternal and haven't switched since
The gyro controls in this game are not even that good, compared to how they can be on pc. It should have used the natural sensitivity scale. this means that it uses sensible nr to represent the realworld controller turn to ingame sensitivity. 1 should mean that 1 degree of realworld rotation should translate to 1 degree ingame. I personally use a 1:4 sensitivity on a controller. And a 1:2 on seperate joycons when i use gyro ratcheting. with ratcheting you can grab the camera and drag it around. just like a mouse. you can either use gyro always on and a gro pauze button or use a button to activate gyro when held. The could have also implmented flcik stick. flickstick makes the rightstick so it turns your charachter on the x axis. so you need gyro to look up and down. You can either flick the stick in any direction and instantly turn or you can sweep the stick in a 360 degree manner to get a 1:1 translation of 360 degrees. if you flick the stick down your charachter will turn 180 degrrees. this is faster then having to stop tilting the right stick at the right moment. it is pretty much an instand turn.
*Sorry for the late response It's a bit of both for Doom Eternal ingame settings: Mouse Mouse sensitivity scaling 3.0 Mouse Horizontal Sensitivity 40 Mouse Vertical Sensitivity 40 Controller: Horizontal Sensitivity 50 Vertical Sensitivity 50 Aim assist off For steam controller settings Gyro behaviour set as mouse - always on Sensitivity 100% (Default) Any other settings just ask

But thanks for commentating ;)
Ha, barely even noticed that, but I can see how that level of perfectionism made you so good. Inspiring stuff, keep it up :)

Could you share your gyro and ingame sensitivity settings for eternal? Did you use steam to configure?
*Sorry for the late response
It's a bit of both for
Doom Eternal ingame settings:
Mouse
Mouse sensitivity scaling 3.0
Mouse Horizontal Sensitivity 40
Mouse Vertical Sensitivity 40
Controller:
Horizontal Sensitivity 50
Vertical Sensitivity 50
Aim assist off
For steam controller settings
Gyro behaviour set as mouse - always on
Sensitivity 100% (Default)
