The fact that they use actual former SEALs as advisors on the show really shows. It's one of the most entertaining action shows because of it's accuracy.
Well most tv shows uses professional advisors for "Accuracy", the problem is that "Accuracy" is not what people wanna see on tv, so there is always some effects that gets a little too "Hollywood", and as frustrating as that can be, it will always be like that, even on this show.
I totally agree Lauren Downing. Tactics and the relationships between the guys are very real. Fake, overdramatic and inaccurate things can kill shows like Seal Team for those of us who understand the real life sacrifices and issues facing real life operators. I also like how they are focusing mainly on the team and their jobs with family/at home stuff being shown but only in the background. I liked the first season of Six but when the second season focused so much on the at home crap it totally killed the storyline and ended that show before a season 3 could be undertaken.I hope to see many many many more seasons of Seal Team. They have a wonderfully bonded cast who seam to naturally bond as brothers on and off screen. Kudos to all involved.
Well, they actually have an ex-Delta Force member on the team with Tyler Grey, so yeah, I think that authenticity is definitely an important factor. And I agree, it's really good, moves very fast and really captivates you.
AJ also said that their stunt team are exclusively ex special forces operators as well. So yeah authenticity is truly what shows the most in the show and that's why people love it so much.
Sonny’s great! I love his characteristics, always optimistic and he has always got sense of humors although sometimes it’s in a very dangerous and terrible situation!
I absolutely love this show, Sonny is amazing! David Borenaz is so awesome. Keep it up. So amazing to hear that they really focus on authenticity and hire alot of former special forces members.
Seal Team is my and my wife's favorite show in the entire week. That says a lot since I'm a retired "fire man" and love watching Chicago Fire. That would be my second favorite show of the wk. I hope Seal Team is carried for another 5 yrs or more. Great writers and seems very authentic and now we know why. Our military, special forces and other are amazing and have my total respect.
Thanks for dumbing us all down, educational system has caught up with entertainment, if you call this absolute garbage entertaining, I would be to embarrassed to even read the lines these sophomoronic bozo's attempt to put on paper!!! Thanks CBS I mean CIA!!!
So back in his CSI: NY days was he just talking with a higher pitch voice for the character or has his voice just gotten deeper with age. I came here to see what his normal voice was like, been rewatching CSI: NY and just assumed that was his regular voice but his Sonny character on Seal Team sounds more like him just with the accent added on.
i completed my duty, created a google account, clicked on this video, commented and liked! (i am a real person and i fucking love this series \m/) *over and out*
I'm kind of upset he does not have a Texas accent.... I tell you what I'm super pissed off about clay being shot by the damn security guard made my blood boil after all that dude has been through I swear you know I started watching the show just by chance because I was sick one day I was off work my kids were taking a nap and I never stopped watching it I binge watched all of it tonight I seen the latest episode wow clay and this man right here sunny are both my favorites....
I just rebinged "Entourage" and he was so great as the jerky A-hole BF of Anna Faris, in Season 4. His constant use of "Dude" and "Bruh" just made the character that much slimier.
The only thing I don't like about shows like this is they try to be so accurate -- and then they show tactices, techniques, procedures (TTPs) that we really should not be showing to the enemy.
There's no such thing as an objectified actress for the simple reason that everything they do is a choice. They could say no, the reason they don't is not b/c they want that fame and that money and they know if they say no there's a thousand other females that would say yes in a heart beat. Women always like to blame men for this kind of thing, simple fact of the matter is if all women stood together on this issue then "men" would not have any choice but to comply. You can't make any movies or television shows worth watching w/o women so if they were truly together on this they would get their way, simple as that. Thing is some have decided that fame and fortune is more important than their dignity and self respect and that is fine, that's their choice but I get sick of hearing they're being objectified. If it was that objectionable they could simply do something else. If I went to work tomorrow and my boss said he wants me to show up the next day in a string bikini or I'm fired, he's simply going to have to fire me.
WTF are you talking about? No women are being "objectified" on TV in Movies or anywhere else unless they want to be 'objectified'. this so-called 'War On Women' is mostly being waged BY women!
Sonny is my favorite character. I like to think he's a real Teams guy. His real biggest fear is losing one of his brothers. They are his family.
And sharks. Don't forget them sharks! 😂
Peter Vesalius Beat me to it lmao
Mine too! I like his obsession with everything Texas
@@fishtexas777 Which is very true of servicemen from Texas. :)
He's my favorite too. I relate to his personality hahah.
I love A.J., he is great!! Sonny is my favorite. I am a Patriot, and I appreciate this amazing show! Please don't stop it!!❤

@@sicariusperemo3789 actually accuracy is what people do want to see people love that Some people don't that is very true
I was so upset when sonny was stuck in that torpedo tube 🥺 glad my boy made it out safe.
Great show. Really like the fact they employ and have so many vets as part of the 'team'. Tyler Gray is 'the man'.
Tyler was also in 1st SOFD-D...
AKA "Delta Force".

far22186 he is Irish-born Canadian, he sounds country a bit so I guess he grew up in the countryside or something or he just sounds country 😂
