Woh flashmob in Reading !!! luved the singing has to been the best musical ever i've seen it quite few times :-)-, the girl singing Eponine's role has to be working in the West End
This could be one of the top 3 Les Mis flashmob moments I’ve watched on RUclips in the past three years. The songs in my opinion that should have been included are “I Dreamed A Dream” and “On My Own”
Excellent! I have watched a lot of these from Les Mis and this is indeed one of the best. Music from the heart can bring tears from my eyes and this one did - wonderful.
The council woman or whoever she was at the lecturn, who was speaking, looked totally put out that she was interrupted by all this sheer talent and soul-stirring beauty. Get a grip, lady!! The world doesnt revolve around whatever trivial little agenda item you have for street lights or something to annoy the neighbors. Take a moment to enjoy the incredible free performance you and everyone else just received. Your minutiae was still there, right?
I'd say that given their song choice, they were protesting whatever it was she was saying. There's no way they'd interrupt a speaker unless it was to protest.
What a shame the sound recorder was not up to its task. Nice job guys! Weird though that roles were switched, Valjean becoming Marius in "One Day More". Well sung though in "Bring Him Home", whith that cough and all!
that solo singer looks like john kennedy jr from the profile, which must take courage to do solo in a reading library... do you think JJ made it in READING MA?
Who's the gal bottom corner with the incredible voice? She has a career! I am wondering whether people in there sensed the irony, or even the message. Still! Great job. I am a huge Les Mis fan. You did it justice.
The acoustics on the ground floor aren't great, but the singers more than make up for it!!! So far, I haven't heard more than one or two missed notes, LITERALLY.
The kid who sang "Bring Him Home" must have had some tickles in his throat, from it being so dry....Boy, those things could be a horse's patoot to get rid of,without water or something to drink....I've had them myself. Believe me,tickles are no fun...😝😝😝😝
The Song of Angry Men It is the music of those books whose thoughts will not be read again! Do you hear the books sing, singing the sound of angry thought. When the IQ you retained wants words they want to learnthere is a life bout to start when your brain begins. When the beating of your heart echoes the brilliance of the words. their is a world to build after the (s)Trumpet goes Jin in the fight that will give you the right to be free again READ. Dont listen. Read think learn
Wonderful performance from this cast of young people.....It should be compulsory for everybody see this live. It will change your life, guaranteed. Beats Bobby Big Balls from da 'hood rapping ya to slap up ya bitch and kill da cops. Yo !!
The look on the speaker's face between songs lmao
usukandidont I thinks that smile is glued on.
Why has this never happened to me when I’m out and about??? I’d love to see a flash mob, especially singing songs from Les Miserable.
Having more singers on the balconies was brilliant!
I just wanna give a shout out to the kid show sang Bring Him Home, that’s some of the best male vocals I have ever heard!
I sang javert’s part in here. I am really surprised how many people watch this thank y’all so much.
joshua battisti love it.
You were great! 😊
you guys were great
you were fantastic!!
Absolutely amazing! Thanks for putting a smile on my face during COVID craziness.
I think this is my favorite one. These folks are honesty surprised, and having the singers up in the stacks is a really cool effect
The girl who sings Eponine is awesome. And I always have shiver at the end of the song.
Yeah she really stands out. Perfect tuning, powerful clear voice with great control and texture. Could step straight into a pro production.
She definitely was my favorite in their group
In every production of Les Miz, Eponine ALWAYS has the best voice of the women.
Marius was a fool for choosing Cosette over Eponine!
MARIUS IS NOT A FOOL FOR CHOOSING COSETTE OVER EPONINE!
The question is who will make a good wife? Cosette or Eponine?
I've always thought that. Cosette was so insipid.
T H A T I ' M S O R R Y W A S S O A E S T H E T I C
This is one of the best Les Mis flashmobs I have seen. Every song is right on. They could go right into a professional production.
totally agree
AMAZING
The library rendition of les mis
And the guy with the sore throat battled on till the end like a true professional (and a revolutionary).
"im sorry" lool but great performance
I will be so happy to encounter a flash mob doing les mis
The main vocal man did his best! And he is good at singing.
I wanted to give him the water in the cup that the audience had.
Bring him home was so good!
One day more was just Omgggg!!
Eponine
and ur man coughs in da middle of bring him home. this is probably 1 of the most funniest videos of singing I have ever watched lmao
I can just imagine that one guy in the back going
“Hey guys can you keep it down I’m trying to read”
Woh flashmob in Reading !!! luved the singing has to been the best musical ever i've seen it quite few times :-)-, the girl singing Eponine's role has to be working in the West End
She has a pair of lungs on her. Stood out in a lovely performance, cough apart.
Fantastic! All vocals were superb, but Eponine was just sensational!
This could be one of the top 3 Les Mis flashmob moments I’ve watched on RUclips in the past three years.
The songs in my opinion that should have been included are “I Dreamed A Dream” and “On My Own”
Why are the good things always filmed with a potatoe ?
Tall Fredoo 😂😂😂😂😂
Legit thought this was a clip from 2004. Great performance though.
It aired on public access.
My God this is divine!
Absolutely brilliant for amateurs. ❤❤❤
I would dearly love to be somewhere a Flash Mob suddenly starts singing.
I have seen the musical 5 times and this flash mob was brilliant. Wish I had been there.
This is absolute perfection
Excellent! I have watched a lot of these from Les Mis and this is indeed one of the best. Music from the heart can bring tears from my eyes and this one did - wonderful.
I'm going to be honest, I'm kind of disappointed that we didn't get to see the aftermath of that
The council woman or whoever she was at the lecturn, who was speaking, looked totally put out that she was interrupted by all this sheer talent and soul-stirring beauty. Get a grip, lady!! The world doesnt revolve around whatever trivial little agenda item you have for street lights or something to annoy the neighbors. I'd say that given their song choice, they were protesting whatever it was she was saying. There's no way they'd interrupt a speaker unless it was to protest.
I think she took it VERY well.
Needed more cameras to do this justice for RUclips. Great vocals!
That was so beautiful!! Well done, Reading Civic Theatre.
Absolutely lovely.
Their voices are Amazing. I LOVE Les Miserables. All the songs are Awesome
The teacher was like What HAPPENED!!!!
When the kid playing Valjean, and singing "Bring Him Home", is the right age for the part, he'll be perfect in a Broadway or West End production.
Fantastic job by all involved!

LOVE ONE DAY MORE
Did you notice the skittish folks who sneaked out as soon as the first words were vocalized?
Wally Norlander Lmaoo yeah there was that older dude in the black coat like “shits about to go down yo, I’m out”
Probably Republican.
My favorite.
Brilliant ty
Amazing

My roommate and I agree, this is the most EPIC way to shut up a politician...
I worked in a large public library for 34 years. Nothing like this happened there!
I ❤️ les mis x
it must have been so great being there
awesome

A könyvesboltba betérő emberek, ha váratlanul szép zenét is kapnak, sokkal szebben folytatódik a napjuk. Én is köszönöm.
I thought this was filmed in the early 2000s but then I saw a lady holding a pretty new looking smart phone
that solo singer looks like john kennedy jr from the profile, which must take courage to do solo in a reading library... do you think JJ made it in READING MA?
2:29😂😂😂

This looks like archived footage from 1993 lol
HEY! HEY! HEY! THIS IS LIBRARY
wish this could happen in Fisher Library in USYD!
The Speaker was gracious. 👍🏼
The acoustics on the ground floor aren't great, but the singers more than make up for it!!!
So far, I haven't heard more than one or two missed notes, LITERALLY.
nice❤👍
The intimate looks of the spectators
民衆の歌ほんとかっこいい
I want to be that room
the coughing is hilarious
plus to Mom for staying, giving Her kid the camera
💙
This should happen offtenly in our society.
Is the person singing Bring Him Home Jean Valjean? He looks so young to play Jean Valjean. It would totally be awesome to experience this flash mob.
Polfsky P Our Jean Valjean was out, he filled in. The Javert also filled in for me, I was in Ireland 😂
They’re ALL young.
Bring him home *cough cough* Bring him home....seriously
poor boy... dont blame him
Yeah he's even more awesome pulling off that great job while sick.
The little woman chewing gum spoils the ambience! Other than that .. BRILLIANT!!!
"Do you hear the People sing? "
Singing the song of angry men
@Elly van den Brink
Who will not be slaves again
The kid who sang "Bring Him Home" must have had some tickles in his throat, from it being so dry....Boy, those things could be a horse's patoot to get rid of,without water or something to drink....I've had them myself. Believe me,tickles are no fun...😝😝😝😝

Some people left almost immediately 😂
They're Americans. Probably couldn't connect the significance.
Beautiful I can’t understand the people moving around as he sang bring him home
You should put the names of people singing!!
To bad no Red and Black
This is so punk... bravo
SHHHHHHHHHH
What did this poor woman do to deserve this interruption, lol XD But gorgeous singing, really, A+ guys.
Imagine you're at the library. you have finals tomorrow. your getting last minuet studying in. and then shit shit happens XD
I’d say it was a nice mental break.
2:04 - the Karen: Wait till the manager hears about this!
