Bicarb soda typically raises tap waters alkalinity by around 1.5 to 2.0 ph , tap water will vary pending where you live , you can buy alkaline water which is even better ! I used bicarb soda to get rid of my acid reflux and to level off my ph, no more heartburn .. Ever
