Ricardo, finally catching up to your most recent interviews. I had known about the Stoics and Epicureans so I didn't have as many revelations or insights. Philosophy, or how one lives their life wisely, was early on known to me. It is in your discussions revolving around evolutionary biology that I continue to make new connections. Thank you again.
I reserved my copy of the upcoming book after hearing this discussion. While I am attracted to some aspects of the Stoicism, I am drawn more to Epicureanism and its enlightened embrace of our animal nature.
