Driver stole my iPhone- set it down to check order and pull out my ID. 3 hours on chat and no resolution. I can see my phone on the app find my iPhone. Horrible customer service and criminal driver. Will be writing up my whole experience and posting on every website on the planet. Driver description-African American male; medium build; 5-8 to 5-10 approx; bad complexion; driving a dirty white car with tinted windows and a lighted UBER sign in the dash (light was off) by the rearview mirror. Nice to know he also drives for Uber which I also plan on contacting once I drill down on all of his details. First name starts with D- possibly Darius. I pinged my phone 27 times with that obnoxious play find my iPhone alert to no avail but the chat agent cracked me up when they stated hopefully I will hear from the driver. Really? It is police report time and checking ever door bell cam in my neighborhood to get his plate number. I also believe my leasing office has security cameras at the gate.
