We just opened the box and played for the first time with the family. My husband and I attempted to play it for a few minutes at our church game night several months ago and actually won this one as a door prize. ☺️
Although I heard everyone say how much fun it was that night, I had never played so was a little confused which is why I came to hunt for less confusing directions on how to play.
Thank you because this video was exactly what I was looking for. It was short, to the point, but well explained.
So our family had never played but once we went a couple rounds, it got a lot easier and before we knew it we realized just how much fun it really is to play. It was a hit and it made a great way to spend Fathers Day with the family.

I literally just bought Kingdom Come today... also today, my wife got Farkle from Joanns Fabrics (drive up pick up.) looked up the rules on Farkle cus they’re confusing... seeing all these Kingdom Come comments feels like a weird déjà vu and I haven’t even played the game yet lol

There's no need for you to type : "I literally just bought Kingdom Come today". The 'Literally' is unnecessary. 'Literally' only needs to be used when a phrase that would normally be a figure of speech is suddenly an actuality. Example: "Its raining cats and dogs." (Torrential Downpour) V/S "It is literally...raining cats and dogs." (dead animals all over the place.)

Kingdom Come Deliverance made want to learn this game and its pretty straight forward
You should know the game without a movie telling you about it. Turn off the TV a while and be more productive.

Most people out there don’t really like Yahtzee they usually say farkle is better because the scoring papers are really easy to do
yahtzee is for growing kid minds
FARKLE IS FOR ADULTS AND GAMBLING games are shorter and is limited to 2 players for shorter rounds
im sure you can play farkle with multiple people jsut know games may take as long as yahtzee

Question... Must a player set aside a minimum of one scoring die for each roll? Or can the player roll all dice again provided they didn't roll a "farkle"?

Hell, you don’t even know my real name. I know many games, learned from my family and friends. What’s sad here is you make so many assumptions about random strangers on the internet.
I grew up with the game we called it 10,000 (ten thousand).
Hello! While using the app, the two final top players were still going, the app kept asking them to play, why did that happen? They were both over ten thousand. It only stopped when one of the player intentionally Farkle just to see what happened. What’s the official rule when that happens?

Wouldn't it be more interesting if you could make combinations of already thrown dices with the newly thrown ones? For example you thrown 1,2,3,4,5,3 and you are throwing the last one hoping that it will be 6?
No. Played it this way and got 10,000 points in 3 turns. It actually makes the game less interesting
Thats too easy. And it wouldn't make sense because you have to save the dices. Thats more like Yatzee

FARKLE is its own game
at 1:27 on the bottom right it says "four of any number with a pair" does this mean for example O can roll a 1, 2, 3, 4 and two 6s and that would be 1,500 pts?
For 1,500 points, you need 4 of a kind + a pair
so 4 dice need to match plus another matching pair

You write wrong:
- A 3 of a kind of 1 is 1000
- In real game they no play the minimum score

so its basically 10000 renamed with different point values
I see one mistake in this video: you have to “buy” another roll by using one of your scoring die, i.e., you can’t set aside ALL your scoring dice and roll again. And with each roll, you have to set aside at least one die. Let me know if I’m mistaken.

Ok so what about on your first roll you roll 3 5s for 500 then your next roll you roll a nother 5 is that 550 now or 1000 cause you now have 4 5s

Also, at 1:05, how could 2 triples score more than 5 of a kind? That doesn't make sense.
That's the rule, and you're talking about Dice 10,000.

In kingdom come deliverance game it is. I'm confused, some rules in this video are different from those in videogame.
I've played a similar same a while ago and 1000 rings a bell to me rather than 300.
There is apparently an optional way to play farkle. Not sure where it originated. The changed rules appear to be: (1) No minimum of 500 on first turn, but every turn minimum is 300 before you can save a score. (2) Three ones doesn't score 300, it is 1000. (3) Full house can be scored on a single roll. It is the regular value of the three match + 250 extra for the pair. (4) Some of the scoring is different; 6 die straight = 1000, 3 pairs = 500, no scoring on 6 dice on first role = 500 and you bank the points and your turn is over. (5) the rest of the scoring is the same as in this video.
EDIT: (6) Every third farkle in a row reduces your score by 500 points.
Who comes here because of Kingdom Come Deliverance to see if the dice game is an actual game :D
