I’m trying to make a ring for my fiancé and I was wondering if you can list what you used from liquids to glue to sanding paper

Nice video. I've made a handful of bentwood rings buts been difficult without a lathe. I sold mine a few years back and now I wish I hadn't.

You do not perse need a lathe to to make rings it does makes it a lot easier. I started with a polish machine took the disks off and put the ring on it 😊

Are you using a ring stretcher as the expandable ring mandrel?

I’m looking to start using a lathe for rings. What advice can you give me on what type of lathe is best for rings, and what accessories are needed to duplicate your setup? Are you sing a metal or wood lathe?
I appreciate any advice you have for a newbie.
Thank you for posting usable videos.

How long have you been doing ring designs? Do you still do Photoshop stuff?

What kind of tape did you use to back the vaneer strip? And did you put that tape on right before bending and after boiling?

Beautiful work! Could you tell me about the inlay powders? What are they called, and do all the different colors glow in the dark?

Hallo Decazi!

Man 🤦‍♂️ I like watching other people make rings but you have got to CLEAN YOUR LATHE!!! At the least for the presentation value when you are making videos. Keep up the good work.

And you will understand if you make over a 100 rings a month 😉

I do more than that, and have been for years. It a matter of clean tools for craftsmanship, repeatability (because I'm not replacing my tools constantly) and safety. Have you never had a ring blank fail? It sucks, and it's worse when covered in crap from the lathe.
Still, a good video. You have a good presentation voice, break in on the music, and do some voice overs. I know I like to hear about what tools and material you use, where you got them etc..
      Keep up the good work

Nice project, but too much wasted time in the video (ex: at the end, continuously turning the ring around in your hand...just move on and get to the finish).
