It is worth adding that if you are using Nebulis with faster ignite then instead of Atziri's Promise you can use Oriath's End for explode (my version on ninja - char Odparzona)
You think dual wielding Nebulis would be a good idea if I just want to blow up Legions and Breaches? No need to be super tanky as my elementarist is already leveled. Currency is kinda eaten up by another build so it has to cut corners 😅 But hey, t16 Breach/Legion with the scarabs does not demand thaaaat much from a build.
am I wrong or ignite dmg is based only on your base dmg? It doesn't work like bleed, when you need to hit hard to have big bleed, so isn't "fishing for big ignites" as you said at ~3:00 wrong?
oh, it seems I was mistaken about ignite details. Check numbers in POB and it does indeed work like you said, I though it just averaged the dmg and based ignite on that
I have this build going. Can’t figure why my resists are 89 though. Yours at 90 but everything is the same except my pots have 69% effectiveness. Maybe the 1% does it. Builds the most enjoyable I’ve played though.
Rolling nebulis sucks... Unless you have Div RNG like I did this league. Bought a tides of time with 1 life flask every 3 seconds for 25c and spent 1 div for fun and it rolled max.
pobb in 53EOdwArA35V I made this build this league, but using the new Svalinn shield 2 jewels with +2 cold max res Dont skip the aura effects since we need 50% with Purity of Ice 21 to get 90% max cold res Since Hatred has been nerf, drop it and mana efficiency clusters Get Mistress of Sacrifice, Bone sacrifice + Enhance (+ more duration) it give us 24% (or 25 idk) attack/spell block One cluster with +Block attack chance and Rote Reinforcement to generate Endurance charge Socket Cold snap in shield to generate Frenzy charge Molten shield on Shield One megalomanic with Fan the flame + 1 of our Auras +1 whatever you like You might have mana problem (the mana on kill on my Nebulis help a lot), you could swap Inspiration instead of Empower Use Soul of the Brine King to get stun "immune", since we perma block Maybe I forgot somethings :D

The base damage originates as lightning damage, which has a pretty big roll range. He's fishing for a high roll of the lightning damage.

ive got 150mil arc and 75k ehp, and its like 5 times cheaper. So yeah ill gladly lose some ehp for 10 times more dps and cheaper !
