What's your favourite Lamborghini of all time?
The off road LM....just so mad 👍
Miura SV
Diablo SE30 )
@@robertlloyd7493... I might have to agree with you there. LM002 filled a niche that hadn't even been invented!
Bravo.
Amazing review. NF3 told us "Drive a Diablo and Expect to be the center of attention wherever you go". This design is still uncontested till this day. The shape, the hips, the roof scoopes, its just a timeless masterpiece. I'd still take this over the new recycled Lambo designs.
The main menu intro from NFS3 was legendary. The whole game is a gem.
Those NFS bits in the intro were just epic! As someone who grew up obsessively playing those early 90s NFS games, I can't tell you how good it feels to see one of them getting a mention in any car review (especially as everyone keeps banging on about the later Blackbox games), and needless to say, the Diablo SV is one of my all-time favourite cars thanks to those games. This was a great video to watch!
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Love the call back to NFSIII, was and still is my dream car (one day!) Brilliant video, your enthusiasm for the machine really shows. Cheers!
Glad you enjoyed!
This car was the most OP in NFS Hot Pursuit in the Exotic series. You can play it as well, since the Diablo in Hot Pursuit is too broken for Most Wanted modes.
James continues to improve as a presenter, he will be the new Tiff, mark my words….
I hope not.
Yea I like him as a presenter
Still remember Colin Goodwin's test drive from July '96 issue! And thanks for original Hot Pursuit reference!
Greets from long-time reader from Russia!

My perfect 2 car garage: An F40 (best of the 80s) and a Diablo (best of the 90s IMO) :) Thanks for the great video. Keep up the amazing content. Fantastic video editing by the way!
I dont think the Diablo was the best of the 90's lol.
@@augustortiz Thanks for sharing bro. But nobody cares
f40 good farri
Awesome video! I also fell in love with this car from NFS3. Still have a copy of the game that I play from time to time!
Thanks for a great vid, the personal reflections are great. I had a similar experience after playing the original Need for Speed and buying my own... RX-7 ;-)
Just a note, variable valve *timing* doesn't change the cam *profiles*, it's the same camshaft shape but it just moves the valve opening point earlier and later depending on the revs. The benefit is this lets you have higher inlet/exhaust overlap at high revs for breathing and thus power, while having no overlap at low revs for driveability and emissions. The timing changes, not the shape of the cam.
This is distinct from variable valve *lift* such as VTEC and Toyota's VVTL, which actually does use multiple cam profiles to achieve higher lift (wider open valves) at high revs, on top of the timing shift.
I love that car and, as well, it was my favorite one in NFSIII. Amazing video!
For how young you are, your reviews are interesting and exciting!
Much appreciated 👍
Ferrari F50 is the true Need for Speed Legend. That was the car that made NFS famous, it was even on the NFS II cover art.
Thank you for this video and I am so glad you had the oportunity to drive it.
Glad you enjoyed!
I was brought up no Porsche as my dad had a dealership, so I was hooked on them, till I went around goodwood race track in a Diablo, we went 155mph in a turbo Porsche it was 130mph then I was absolutely hooked on Lamborghini.
NFS 3: Hot Pursuit nostalgia
I sat in the first Diablo to be imported into Australia. Due to a missing document from Italy , the Hornsby branch of the MTA wouldn't issue a rego certificate which meant the new owner couldn't collect his car that afternoon afternoon
Thank you for this awesome review!!! brought back memories from the 90's... I have always loved Lamborghini, specially the Diablo SV, even tho Countach is the holy grail!
Glad you enjoyed!
Back when Lambo's were actually Lambo's.. 😉
Total nightmare to maintain nowadays. Gotta have deep pockets. But hey, if you're looking at one, you've got the cash to keep it going. 🙂
Good day with the Lambo!
Excellent video
Thanks!
Such a fantastic car. It looks so much better without the SV decals.
Excellent review.
Thank you!
Not that I'll ever even get to sit in one, particularly being in Australia, as I've only seen two in my lifetime in the Melbourne wild, but it's interesting that it remains a polarizing 90's supercar talisman. In this video we clearly get a positive verdict but you don't have to dive deep on the RUclipss to get less favourable opinions.
When I played Need for Speed 3 Hot Pursuit I always picked the 455hp, 183mph Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversiaro 🤘🤘
Looks mint with the spoiler delete
Legendary
Lamborghini had a real job on their hands to create a successor to the legendary Countach. But they did do with the Diablo, gorgeous looks and monster performance.
What a fantastic car! Great job on this video
Thank you!
You should go visit Harry Metcalfe and record the visit for us all.
my favorite nfs where 3 hot pursuit and road challenge also called hi stakes loved the sv,ferrari 550 the most in 2005 my parents sold a big house and whe wanted to buy the 550 maranello in black at end whe bouth a 360 spider blue and tan inside these came in a other nfs later i downloaded the music from nfs 3 on a cd and put it in the cd rotation of the 360 spider ,the diablo sv and countach i had the oportunity to sit inside bouth also later the murcielago lp640
🔥
As a general rule I'm not a Lamborghini fan. More of a Ferrari and Porsche person. But the Diablo is the ONLY Lamborghini that I really lusted after as a teenager and to this day when I see one my heart jumps out of my chest. Stunningly beautiful cars. The engine is great too! This was peak Lamborghini.
Never driven any so I’ll just say Diablo
Get this car and you will be Jordan Belfort 😂
Actually he was driving a Countach
White and no spoiler🤨. You guys should have borrowed someone's still MIGHTY 627hp, 240mph, and STILL the fastest naturally aspirated engined car in the world the McLaren F1🤘🤘
Wow, a whole 11 minutes.

Why does this presenter give me Tom Scott vibes?
😍😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
My granny drives her micra harder to mass than you were driving there..
😆

SV with no wing?😢😢😢😢
really ?, i didn't know that , maybe i got used to it .
Meh😑
Loads of words and theories, but no actual hard driving. Absolutely typical vanilla car journalism.
Dude, please. He's driving a car that's for sale on an auction site. And he's doing a bloody good job of it.
@badroo I disagree. He's just tootling around, and talking a lot. If he can't wring it's neck, he shouldn't be wasting everyone's time.
The world is NOT interested in your videogame in-depth story! Sorry, I'm outta here!
The fuck is your problem?
