Malcolm has the timing of a metronome and the power of a jet engine. Together with Cliff and Phil he created the most powerful rhythm section in the history of rock 'n roll.
Well said the best part of AC/DC is the rhythm section. All the times I have seen them in concert and on DVD I love to watch Mal, Cliff and Phil the most.
This is another great example to give anyone who says AC/DC's music is 'easy' or 'simple' to play on guitar. Let them listen to this to not only try and figure out exactly what Malcolm is playing, but to play it with the same precision, feel and passion. They wouldn't even come close. Mal was the absolute master of rhythm and my first and forever guitar hero. RIP
There are alotta speed burning picking fools out there. But to CREATE & play rhythm in the pocket with a band and keep the groove alive for 50 +yrs is mind blowing. This man created some of the greatest riffs and musical pieces ever heard by an ear. Malcom is the G.O.A.T.
Malcolm Mitchell Young never actually played the Gretsch White Falcon shown here. That guitar played him! He was so tiny that he just climbed up on top of it and went for the ride! Thank you for the music and the memories, Mal! We will honor your memory #ForeverMalcolmYoung
@Haksul: Could you please isolate Malcolm, Cliff and Phil together ? So without Angus' lead guitar and Brian's vocals. Just rhythm guitar, bass guitar and drums. That would be AWESOME.

Brian Johnson and Chris Slade beats Bon and Phil
chris slade was the drummer of this concert

The people who say that are ignorants that are impressed by morons who plays fast with no musicality at all.
Playing AC/DC on guitar is easy. Playing it correctly is a whole different deal.
The thing with AC/DC is they are a band that is incredibly easy to imitate, but they are impossible to replicate.

I can't believe how devastated I still am that this man is gone. Excuse me while I go cry for a while
Finally someone who probably understood, how f*cking great Mal actually was! 🥹❤️
Malcolm RIP best rhythm guitarist ever
A genius. I tabbed this by ear had a literal epiphany with how he plays this
THE BOSS! THE RIGHT HAND OF ROCK AND ROLL!
Malcolms playing inspires my rhythm playing so much, defiantly one of the best.
Malcolm was a genius and the best rock and roll rhythm player of all time.
Благодаря Ви от цялото си сърце за прекрасната музика, която я слушам постоянно. С уважение към Вас от мен 🇧🇬 България 💖

This sounds so different to what you think he plays…especially during the chorus…

Für mich ist Malcom das wahre Genie. 🤘
We salute you 🫡
Awwsome
so, Malcolm didn't slide the string from Bflat to B during the G chord.
Yeah fucking weird and awesome right?
THE F4KNG BOSS!!
Always loved this track for its twangy boogie feel.
Love Malcom ❤
A master at his craft...what is this wetness in my eyes I'm a stone
Thank you for doing what you are doing! Please keep them coming! Will you be doing Malcolms isolated tracks from any other live albums?
Unfortunately this is the only album available where the guitars are isolated
@@haksul8468Even now in 2023?
How interesting! The chorus stuff is not at all what I expected.

let there be rock that way would be awesome :D
I can do that, but only with Chris Slade instead of Phil Rudd
@@haksul8468 That would be great man, thanx a lot ! And Chris Slade is also a fine drummer.
When this materialises I will subscribe to this channel.
@@haksul8468 please do. Slade is an animal
Any chance you can rip Mal’s surround sound channel out of the other concert dvd’s after?
Is it possible to do an isolated track of Malcolm Young during a live concert video? Tell me that wouldn't be freaking cool
this is live at donington
@@557brunof4 acdc played so good live people can't tell if its the album version or live
@@Kingbron007 exactly
are you able to do these with the circus krone concert??
Proof that AC/DC do play live with quite some gain.
Hard to tell which one, but one of Malcolms strings is definitely out of tune here. Good to know it happens to everyone, even rock gods!
The second string?
Yeah, you really hear it when he's hitting the Ds in the bridge.
I played the rhythm part on my guitar and compared to malcoms, it sounded like the B string is out of tune.
How do you isolate this Masterpiece?😊
mogg files of the Donington recordings are circulating on the internet
☕☕
Where is that picture from? One of the music videos?
☕
No pattern of vibrato or even pull on or hammer ons super robotic with major flaws
And why would it need that?
Sloppy hi gain amp plexi sound its nothing to speak on
☕
