If duplicate registrations are to be categorized by country. We all know who will contribute the most.
What I learned in the last 2 years with most students is this,
    1. Students from a specific place come to the US in numbers.
    2. Most students' least priority is studies, but they work for cash.
    3. Travel to seniors/ friends placed across the US to make Insta posts
    4. Complete assignments/projects with others' help
    5. Reach out to many consultancies to apply several times without a job offer
    6. The consultancies will arrange a job and get their commissions paid
I feel really bad for those genuine students/applicants who get nothing.

It is important to avoid stereotyping or categorizing individuals based on their nationality or origin. Such generalizations can be discriminatory and can lead to unfair treatment of individuals. The fact that certain students may prioritize work over studies is not necessarily unique to any specific nationality or ethnicity. Instead, it is important to focus on individual behavior and actions when addressing issues related to duplicate registrations or other forms of fraud.
USCIS should take appropriate measures to detect and prevent fraud, including duplicate registrations, regardless of the nationality of the individuals involved. This may involve implementing more robust verification procedures or increasing penalties for individuals who engage in fraudulent activities.
It is important to remember that the H-1B visa program is intended to provide skilled foreign workers with job opportunities in the United States. USCIS has a responsibility to ensure that the program is used appropriately and that individuals are not exploiting it for their own benefit. By focusing on individual behavior and taking appropriate actions to prevent fraud, USCIS can maintain the integrity of the H-1B program and protect the interests of all participants.

The same practice is happening from past many years. Many of my friends filed 5 to 6 applications from past 9 years. I don't think that USCIS does not know this practice is happening from past many years. Simply USCIS want to increase registration fee from next year onwards. They are going to show this as a reason and they will hike registration fee

    • @ReddyNeumannPC

It is important to remember that in the United States, the rule of law is a fundamental principle that applies to all individuals, regardless of their immigration status. Checking in USCIS website, the position taken by USCIS seems to be that they will be waiting for the applicants to show the proof that they actually have multiple offers from different companies that they filed for! , if they do, then USCIS seems to have no legal issue !
Reddy & Newmann seems to be calling them fraud... most likely because they are frustrated by the low probability left for other 350K applicants that had one filining!

Ten thousands of American employees are laid off, many attending 50 to 60 interviews and still unemployed, why hiring from overseas when skilled Americans are unemployed? When Americans don’t have job, apply for unemployment- it’s a loss for US government

Why would USCIS do pre screening.
    It’s easy money. 700,000*10 = 7,000,000 USD.
If you increase it to $215 it’s still
    100,000*215 = 21,500,000

Yes, that’s correct plus they are revoking people’s visa after taking $2500 so it’s lots of money as they mentioned 60000 having fraud and if they revoke their visa so you can see how much money USCIS will make.
      60000*2500 😮
      This is business just business

Why are they being called frauds though? They followed USCIS rules which allow filing multiple entries for $10. Same lawyers are happy taking money to file multiple petitions. And now applicants get called frauds?

How dare you! The audacity you have to call out Mr. Reddy who is pointing out fraudsters (possibly someone you personally know) is unfathomable. It is either people like you or the ones you support that made a comedy of the H1B lottery process. Going out to 10 different staffing/consulting companies and paying $10 each to increase your chances in the lottery system is FRAUD. You do not have 10 different job offers from 10 different employers for 10 different H1B lottery filings.
There are many genuine candidates with valid full-time job offers, students on CPT/OPT who invested their life here in the US, who have genuine (not consulting) jobs which they would have secured by at least clearing 5 to possibly 10 rounds of interviews & who desperately need H1B just to continue work on the jobs that they already have.
While there are applicants (like the ones you are defending) who rig the USCIS lottery system. They have no jobs based of which you can apply for Visa. Mr. Reddy was being nice by calling you stupid. I would call such candidates fraudsters & cheats.

@Sagar Surwase I am not sure it's right to say that way because we are picking up one community or one state people for this act, doesn't feel right to me.
May be you have observed and had close encounters with few of them, but saying all telugu people did this lobby may be too much. I have telugu people whom I have seen being very law abiding, away from all these lobbies.
I guess your experience is different.
