The things you’re talking about being missing are available as option packages in the 530e. You can get them. And I think Apple CarPlay and android auto are standard.
In this case, the BMW 530e in Malaysia comes pre-specced. You cannot order additional options (aside from paint and leather color, which are limited ) The other option for the G30 is the 530i, with slightly more kit as standard. But again, no additional customisation options (as is the norm in the UK, US etc)
