well, I think rather than being famouse worldwide, he's famous in the seiyuu fandom and people enjoy his performances. I'm a seiyuu fan myself and FukuJun is one of my favorites, but I don't know any other seiyuu fans in Poland & my otaku friends don't really know seiyuus by name either, they only recognize their voices. I hope this answers your question xD
