7:00 I have played the original a bunch and I can tell you OG Nemesis does NOT fuck around. If he's on-screen, you better believe he's gonna do everything in his power to fuck you up. You can technically lose him if you go SEVERAL screens ahead of him before he catches up to you, but as long as he's in the same screen as you and you try to leave, he'll know exactly where you've gone and he'll follow you. The only exception was safe rooms, obviously The falling concrete chase was ESPECIALLY stupid as hell because... HE'S RIGHT fucking THERE. Even the head grab and toss... In the OG, when he grabs you like that, he doesn't play around. He uses his other hand to impale you through the skull straight up
You're not even safe in some save rooms, IIRC there's one save room where he just says 'fuck doors' and barges right on in. And that stomp sound he makes as he runs, that sends you straight in fight or flight, and brother, I can't throw a punch. It *still* pains me how badly they fucked this remake up, especially since RE3 is my favorite of the classic trilogy.
@@Dimumouto Oh fuck that's right, the clock tower. I'll give you STARS." in some random fucking hallway *that Nu-Nemesis can punch you out of*. God this game is legit missed potential.
The reason why RE3 'sucked' was they focused on making REsistance, as well as failing to understand why people liked RE3 in the first place, the randomization and the Live Selection choices. The leaked internal docs support this. Capcom has desperately wanted a muliplayer RE game for more than a decade, and it's understandable why, they print money. Epecially if its a GaaS, which REsistance was. But RE fans insist they will refuse to play any of them unless it plays like outbreak. So RE3 suffered on gamble that died in less than 6 months.
Also in the original, Nikolai was still a sociopathic mercenary but he still came off as a professional along with being the guy who is the leader of the squad. Also in the cannon of the original he does survive. I would explain more but it would be a lot of yapping so nah.
What I hated most about RE3R is their disingenuous about their own game. If you remember those huge frog mutants in the sewer that can shoot out four huge mandibles from their mouth? Get this: In the original RE3 game there was also another boss other than Nemesis called Gravedigger. It's a massive worm with four mandibles. Fast forward to RE3R. The developers for some reason had to cut the Gravedigger boss out. But they still tried to trick the original veterans but putting the exact same mandible design of the Gravedigger onto those frog mutants, then put the footage into the trailer. And they did it in such a way that the darkness in the sewer obscure their body. But it didn't matter and all the Capcom shills will keep eating this half-baked trash up while showering it with praise anyway. I'm glad RE3R flopped and fade away the way it did. And this is coming from a long time fan.
All the modern RE remakes have a huge problem with cutting content instead of adding more, RE2R cuts out major sections of the run toward the station, the many sections of the sewers, and the lab, not to mention the lack of a real A, B scenario system, RE4R feels like it has everything that OG does, but it just extends many of sections to hide the fact that removed of the OG sections all together or glued them together I don’t want to make comparisons but Silent Hill 2 remake not only keeps almost 99 percent of the original game it adds new sections that actually enhances the gameplay experience not to mention you get new endings it is still not perfect some weapons from the og are missing and born from a wish scenario that will probably be released as DLC in the future, but I am surprised a company like Konami outsourcing the game to basically an indie team managed to make a more accurate remake compared to Capcom.
Re4Re has more content than the original. Yes it cut sections but it added more things into the game as well. Your assessment is fair for Re2/Re3Remakes but not Re4Remake. Also I would add that Re2 Remake also is a great remake as despite the time crunch they still made a game that had the feeling of the original. They had more stuff planned for the Re2 Remake but the time crunch(similar to the Re3 Remake production) prevented them from adding more into it.
@@mysteryace2129 My biggest problem with RE2R is that enemies feel bullet spongey and the story & dialogue took a massive hit compared to the original with cuts/unnecessary changes and cringe character behavior. I do think it is a good game, but it is not on the same level as REmake1 was to the original.
You need to play Resident Evil 6 despite it’s flaws Unstank in the game is another level of aura farming and the ultimate nemesis enemy his bosses fight I can’t explain how batshit insane they get like holding a triple barrel mini gun while hanging off a helicopter crazy it’s genuinely impressive with the scripts they were writing and how it got approved,

I played the original RE3 recently and is astonishing how much better it feels. The city actually feels huge in comparison to the remake. Nemesis is actually a threat and can appear anywhere after a certain point and he will even follow you through doors. HE CAN EVEN APPEAR IN YOUR GODDAMN SAVE ROOM! Not only that, if you want to fight him off, he’s still incredibly tough to beat and it requires strategy and proper dodging. Also the remake got rid of Clock Tower section which was a pretty cool area. It’s sad how much was cut from the original in the remake…
The original nemesis is actually terrifying and is a much better villain in the original he’s much more threatening and intimidating and he just pops out of nowhere sometimes to give you a heart attack, but yeah, the remake ruined him
This game was definitely supposed to be a dlc for 2 remake. At max the campaign is 4 HOURS LONG and is mostly reused assets from re2make. they knew this fact and STILL sold it separately for full fucking price.
Dude, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not playing RE3-Original before making this video. RE2 & RE3-Remakes were complete garbage. In the original RE2, there’s way more gameplay and extras that Crapcom refused to include in the remake to cut corners and save money. Everything missing from RE2-TrashMake: 4 Different Scenarios - (A.LEON + B.CLAIRE) (A.CLAIRE + B.LEON) - NOT ADDED Zapping System - NOT ADDED 3 Enemy Types - Giant Mutated Moth and Moth Larva (in the Lab), Super Lickers (in the Lab), Spiders (in Sewers), Mutated Roaches (in Sewers), and Birds - NOT ADDED 1 Crossbow - NOT ADDED Conversation between Claire and Leon via walkie-talkie - NOT ADDED Extreme Battle Mode - NOT ADDED All Costumes (from original game) - NOT ADDED There may be more, but I'm not sure. All that I mentioned should have been considered by the so-called fans, and because it wasn’t, Crapcom had the green light to ruin the RE3-Remake. Now comes RE3-Remake vs. RE3-Original. The original had all the stuff that wasn’t added to RE3-Remake as follows: Locations: Clock Tower, Park, Graveyard - NOT ADDED 3 Enemy Types - Birds, Giant Worm called Grave Digger - NOT ADDED 6 Decision-Making Scenarios - NOT ADDED Jill’s Costumes (from original game) - NOT ADDED Nemesis's Badass Boss Form (RE3-Original) - NOT ADDED Mercenaries Mode - NOT ADDED And Nemesis was an actual threat and scary. Capcom should be ashamed of those RE-BlameMake. And to whomever made it this far down, thanks for reading my rant. You’re awesome! 😁👍
@@lostboy2419 Yeah, I know right! The RE2 & RE3-Origionals were bomb as hell, and the ReMakes 😒(or should we say ReImagionings) are nothing more than a cash grab play off the nostalgia of old fans and over-the-shoulder RE4-Original fans, but I truly believe that Crapcom sacrificed RE2 and 3 ReMake to see how much they could get away with by not adding the original's content plus new content to those ReMakes to save their crappy company money.🤬
Yup, all these recent remakes sucked. Re2, re3, and re4 "remakes" were really just cheap watered down reimaginings with generic homogenized over the shoulder gameplay to appeal to "modern audiences". They will never be able to reach, let alone surpass, what the re1 remake was able to accomplish...and these "fans" want them to do the same things for re1 again by making another cheap generic reimagining of it. I don't like the sh2 remake either but they were at least more faithful than what Capcom has been doing lately, which is a real shame and should be embarrassing for capcom...yet they're doing fine and rolling in the dough because of weak modern day consumers just eating up whatever slop is given to them
Re2 Remake was great considering their production crunch. You can't compare OG Mr.X to the Remake where they gave him an added dimension with the gameplan. The Zap system complaint is legit but Re2Remakes gameplay along with other content makes up for it while keeping the original feel. They wanted to add more into the Re2 Remake but production limited it since they didn't know how the game would fair with the new engine taking alot of money already. Re4 Remake is a complete game that surpasses the Original that can't be disputed from the game mechanics overhaul, story, characters, and added new features in there. They learned their lesson with the Re2 Remake and made a better commitment to Re4 Remake since they knew they had an audience that would recoup profits. Causing the competition to delay their games because they knew Re4 Remake would overtake the market(silent Hill). Re3 Remake was killed by time crunch and an ambition to bait/switch it to make an online game for the profits like a dead by daylight. It failed so criticism of it is fair.
Mediocre game, horrible remake, Jill was supposed to be running & searching through Raccoon city while solving puzzles with the constant threat of the terrifying tyrant popping up with a rocket launcher, his fists or a gatling gun, not to mention the removal of the clocktower segment, the quick time choice events that slightly change encounters along the way & the unimpactful, unintimidating nemesis theme music, what was Capcom thinking? Did the Devs who remade it even play & beat the original? Because I don't think so & that is beyond ridiculous.🤦
Don't worry about the long wait between videos. I'm subscribed to the internet historian, history buffs, and Therussianbadger. I know good things come to those who wait.
This game is a decent C+ imo. Better soundtrack, enemy variety, boss fights, and action in general, but the game only lasts for 6-7 hours, has weird writing decisions, and has some pretty uncanny face models.
The reason Jills outfit is the way it is in the original game is cause she was not prepared and was literally dressed for a party then got ambushed. It makes sense for the story.
I never finished RE3R. I got boring after awhile. Plus why is Jill an asshole when in the OG, she was a sweetheart. I never played the OG but seeing cutscenes between Remake & OG. The characters, atmosphere, and gameplay are night & day
It wasn't just playing the original and being disappointed, it was also playing re2 remake, liking it, and then seeing this game announced and going through that hype to then play this, having paid full price
Bro this game felt like a really long dlc mission because like half, if not more than half of the original was left out and they still charged $80 for it
If it makes you feel better, waiting for season three got me to fall in love with your other videos, the humor, storytelling, and attention to the little details kept me watching during the wait, so if anything, it was good for us to wait so long :]
I would like to point out RE3 remake being short is not a flaw. It's only one hour shorter than the original if u was to complete the main story and that's because they left out the clock tower segment. The original is about 7 hours long and Remake being 6, completionist for the remake is about 20 to 22 hours long and the Og completionist hours is about 20 to 25 ish hours long. It being shorter than the original is common misconception that much older fans and fans who played the original tend to spew, the complaints for everything else is justified but it being short as a reason it did bad is flawed lol, especially since the original RE3 was short because it was suppose to be a spinoff, while code veronica was suppose to be the 3rd game.
Yo nbs i guess i was so checked out by the end of my playthrough i never realized how stupid the ending was until this video. Omfg he really shot the cure instead of her LMAOOOOOOOO
Its amazing that as short as the game is, it still manages to have filler in it. For me, the biggest problem of the game is that it's just shallow. The puzzles (if you can call them that) are weak, there's never really any concern in managing inventory, and the level design is so straightforward that navigating it isn't a concern, so it falls short on the classic RE front, and the combat doesn't have the depth or enemy encounters of the more action focused RE games. And then it just squeezes what little it has under an avalanche of meaningless setpieces, cutscenes, and walky talky moments.
Multiple paths, slightly different endings, mercenaries, different outifts, sub bosses, all removed. What a shame cause this was the one remake i was looking forward to 😢. Hoping Nemesis was gonna be even more scary and a problem. 😞 This game is dlc in my eyes. And resistance doesn't even make it better

They turned my favourite Resident Evil game into Resident Evil 6 Light. They had the live selection mechanic from the original to expand upon, but they completely removed it instead. They also went out of their way to make Racoon City boring by cutting unique locations such as the park, gas station, and, of course, the Clock Tower
As a fan of the original Resident Evil 3, I can tell you I have never touched the remake because I saw a little gameplay and realized it was not what I wanted. Then I saw more of the game and realized it was trash. It is nothing even remotely similar to the charm of the original.
Why did they exclude the mercenaries!!?? It originated in Resident Evil 3. We could have gotten so much more. We could have gotten something akin to ghost survivors in RE2 remake. CAPCOM could have created a mode where you play as Brad. We could have gotten a prequel, playable scenario of UBSC when they arrived and had their mission sabotaged.

Hey it’s my birthday too! Although I don’t know this RUclipsr
Homie, you can't be dropping these when I got work to do. Too much temptation 😢
The only exception was safe rooms, obviously
The falling concrete chase was ESPECIALLY stupid as hell because...
I think there's a total of something like 3 doors he can potentially just straight up burst through (and full on just remove a loading screen as a result?? I didn't even think that was possible back then) when he really starts getting pissed
In the remake? ... Yeah, we just DON'T get a clock tower at ALL.
People who say RE3R didn't cut all that much from the OG are out of their fucking gourd
@ablationer let's see
Cut out basically 3/4 of Racoon City
Cut out a good bit of the RCPD (Carlos gets the fucking leftovers, what a fucking waste)
Cut out the majority of the Clocktower/Hospital/Park sections (again, Carlos gets the leftovers)
And worst part
They put the "You want STARS? I'll give you STARS." in some random fucking hallway *that Nu-Nemesis can punch you out of*.
God this game is legit missed potential.
Love it either way. I'm so sad that RE3R was a flop when the original is my favorite RE game. They did Nemesis so dirty
I just started the original trilogy and 3 sounds like the most fun to me. With the way RE2R turned out, this Remake should have been a 10/10 for me.
@Akain777 FR they had ONE job. ONE job and they fumbled. Classic Nemesis legitimately made me scream repeatedly
its not a flop, it sold well
@@lynchsman2069 classic nemesis is annoying tbh
@AlexAnimations217 Capcom got their bag, so what? The game's still a flop to RE fans
14:20 the first time I heard Carlos' voice, I knew it was javier from twdg 😭
The reason why RE3 'sucked' was they focused on making REsistance, as well as failing to understand why people liked RE3 in the first place, the randomization and the Live Selection choices. The leaked internal docs support this. Capcom has desperately wanted a muliplayer RE game for more than a decade, and it's understandable why, they print money. Epecially if its a GaaS, which REsistance was. But RE fans insist they will refuse to play any of them unless it plays like outbreak.
So RE3 suffered on gamble that died in less than 6 months.
I’ll never understand why they made nemesis not kill any stars members
Yeah that bothered me too. It would have been nice to see him kill Brad again, but nope
Also in the original, Nikolai was still a sociopathic mercenary but he still came off as a professional along with being the guy who is the leader of the squad. Also in the cannon of the original he does survive. I would explain more but it would be a lot of yapping so nah.
Idk, in RE so many people alive by the end of the game just to be forgotten. Like Carlos or Billy, Might be better for Nikolai to die lol
The fact that Brad didn't get tentacled is criminal to me
What I hated most about RE3R is their disingenuous about their own game.
Tbh grave digger was a fuggin stupid ass boss. Glad he was gone.
@@Griggs58 b8 detected, opinion rejected.
@@RichterBelmont2235 Nah grave digger was buns. It’s not even a boss battle
@ Still nowhere close to dropping Nemesis with one grenade. That's dogwater level of pathetic game design. Glad I didn't touch that regurgitated slop.
@@RichterBelmont2235 Oh I 100% agree to that brother lol
They had more stuff planned for the Re2 Remake but the time crunch(similar to the Re3 Remake production) prevented them from adding more into it.
re4r def raised the standard tho. i do think they are getting better with cutting less content, lets hope for the next remake is faithful tho frfr
@@mysteryace2129 i fucking love re4r :333
@@mysteryace2129 My biggest problem with RE2R is that enemies feel bullet spongey and the story & dialogue took a massive hit compared to the original with cuts/unnecessary changes and cringe character behavior. I do think it is a good game, but it is not on the same level as REmake1 was to the original.
So basically, capcom pulled the same thing that caused DMC 2 to fail.
You need to play Resident Evil 6 despite it’s flaws Unstank in the game is another level of aura farming and the ultimate nemesis enemy his bosses fight I can’t explain how batshit insane they get like holding a triple barrel mini gun while hanging off a helicopter crazy it’s genuinely impressive with the scripts they were writing and how it got approved,
Resident evil 6 sounds too crazy not to play

No Season 3? This isn't what Lee died fo- POSSIBLE REVENGEANCE VIDEO?!?
Im really liking it so far might have to make a video on it
@Akain777 might? You better make it 😤 nah but love the content from those videos. Fucking changed my mind about Kenny lmaooo.
I'm a let you slide this time, because this production was immaculate. Scrumptious. But don't forget you got us salivating, fiending, scratching at the neck for that Infamous video. The clock ticks ever onwards, brother.
I jest of course, work your pace man. You ain't missed for me. I'll take the upload on my deathbed and still be happy, until I'm NINETY brother.
The love of the hustle theory killed me
The aura farming 😭😭😭 I’d believe Nemesis would do all that just for the chase
I played the original RE3 recently and is astonishing how much better it feels. The city actually feels huge in comparison to the remake. Nemesis is actually a threat and can appear anywhere after a certain point and he will even follow you through doors. HE CAN EVEN APPEAR IN YOUR GODDAMN SAVE ROOM! Not only that, if you want to fight him off, he’s still incredibly tough to beat and it requires strategy and proper dodging. Also the remake got rid of Clock Tower section which was a pretty cool area. It’s sad how much was cut from the original in the remake…
The original nemesis is actually terrifying and is a much better villain in the original he’s much more threatening and intimidating and he just pops out of nowhere sometimes to give you a heart attack, but yeah, the remake ruined him
Hes back with both Cigarettes AND milk????!!!
Everything missing from RE2-TrashMake:
4 Different Scenarios - (A.LEON + B.CLAIRE) (A.CLAIRE + B.LEON) - NOT ADDED
Zapping System - NOT ADDED
3 Enemy Types - Giant Mutated Moth and Moth Larva (in the Lab), Super Lickers (in the Lab), Spiders (in Sewers), Mutated Roaches (in Sewers), and Birds - NOT ADDED
1 Crossbow - NOT ADDED
Conversation between Claire and Leon via walkie-talkie - NOT ADDED
Extreme Battle Mode - NOT ADDED
All Costumes (from original game) - NOT ADDED
There may be more, but I'm not sure. All that I mentioned should have been considered by the so-called fans, and because it wasn’t, Crapcom had the green light to ruin the RE3-Remake.
Now comes RE3-Remake vs. RE3-Original. The original had all the stuff that wasn’t added to RE3-Remake as follows:
Locations: Clock Tower, Park, Graveyard - NOT ADDED
3 Enemy Types - Birds, Giant Worm called Grave Digger - NOT ADDED
6 Decision-Making Scenarios - NOT ADDED
Jill’s Costumes (from original game) - NOT ADDED
Nemesis's Badass Boss Form (RE3-Original) - NOT ADDED
Mercenaries Mode - NOT ADDED
And Nemesis was an actual threat and scary. Capcom should be ashamed of those RE-BlameMake.
And to whomever made it this far down, thanks for reading my rant. You’re awesome! 😁👍
Ty u for this when he said he doesn’t need to play the og I screamed
@@lostboy2419
Yeah, I know right!
I don't like the sh2 remake either but they were at least more faithful than what Capcom has been doing lately, which is a real shame and should be embarrassing for capcom...yet they're doing fine and rolling in the dough because of weak modern day consumers just eating up whatever slop is given to them
You forgot the dead factory and giant spiders for RE 3.
12:57 in Dead by Daylight it's heavily implied he does indeed have a love for the game💀
Thank you for the content. I honestly don’t care what topics you talk about I’ll listen to anything bro you’re truly a blessing.
Bro, I only found you a month ago and had to binge all your content. Glad I can catch a new release, you're great
Mediocre game, horrible remake, Jill was supposed to be running & searching through Raccoon city while solving puzzles with the constant threat of the terrifying tyrant popping up with a rocket launcher, his fists or a gatling gun, not to mention the removal of the clocktower segment, the quick time choice events that slightly change encounters along the way & the unimpactful, unintimidating nemesis theme music, what was Capcom thinking? Did the Devs who remade it even play & beat the original? Because I don't think so & that is beyond ridiculous.🤦
Don't worry about the long wait between videos. I'm subscribed to the internet historian, history buffs, and Therussianbadger. I know good things come to those who wait.
This game is a decent C+ imo. Better soundtrack, enemy variety, boss fights, and action in general, but the game only lasts for 6-7 hours, has weird writing decisions, and has some pretty uncanny face models.
Nemesis in the " If looks could kill, baby I'm the fashion demon ", ahh fit
I would not complain if they decided to remake this game again
I think the best way to follow this video up is to play the original. The quality difference is MASSIVE.
Im gonna play through it this weekend
The reason Jills outfit is the way it is in the original game is cause she was not prepared and was literally dressed for a party then got ambushed. It makes sense for the story.
I never finished RE3R. I got boring after awhile. Plus why is Jill an asshole when in the OG, she was a sweetheart. I never played the OG but seeing cutscenes between Remake & OG. The characters, atmosphere, and gameplay are night & day
I didn't play it....but I liked watching other people playing it so I think I like it.
Carlos is fine as hell 🫠.
You know what bro?…. I’m gonna sub, your MK videos were top tier and this video was good too.
It's a great day when my man drops a +30 min video.

Ayyeeee, listen Akain man we just glad you post whenever you do!! Your point of view is definitely worth waiting for!
Welcome back, you always keep me entertained
After RE2 remake, everyone expected a huge remake of RE3. What a garbage it was.
When people talk about "plot armor", this game is what they mean.
This game is so fucking short that I got the platinum trophy the day after release without even trying to do it quickly
Good to see you back man, take your time with that infamous video, would be down for that RE7 video! Cant wait for TWD S3
It wasn't just playing the original and being disappointed, it was also playing re2 remake, liking it, and then seeing this game announced and going through that hype to then play this, having paid full price
Nemesis started out as a simp then after the subway incident he turned into a feral incel
Subbed recently, I really dig your style, we chillin here and rarely not chillin and both are fine, very demure
I'll never forgive Capcom for half assing this remake
Bro this game felt like a really long dlc mission because like half, if not more than half of the original was left out and they still charged $80 for it
Nothing like waking up to a new Akain video, and on one of my favorite series to boot. Awesome.
I'll never forgive brad for leaving us in the woods being chased by fuckin zombie dogs like bro u had ONE job😂
If it makes you feel better, waiting for season three got me to fall in love with your other videos, the humor, storytelling, and attention to the little details kept me watching during the wait, so if anything, it was good for us to wait so long :]
Ayyy Perfect time to Drop
Finna watch this with my shorty n go crazy
Thanks for this 2 man Assist Akain I will not miss this shot
Worth playing on inferno mode. You get OP zombie Brad popping up throughout the police station.
Dang this vid was good akain also take ur time with your upcoming video's man no rush😎😎😎😎
Thank you. Im more than ready to get back to TWD it wont be a hassle
46k in 2 days is crazy we’re proud of you big bro
Its suppose to be weeks into the outbreak just keep covering shit up. Since the 1st game
The GOAT IS BACK cant wait for ssn 3 but I’ll always be here for any video 🙏🏽
we need a entire RE series dawg i am BEGGING on my KNEES
Thank you for posting after all this time my glorious king Akain
Its amazing that as short as the game is, it still manages to have filler in it. For me, the biggest problem of the game is that it's just shallow. The puzzles (if you can call them that) are weak, there's never really any concern in managing inventory, and the level design is so straightforward that navigating it isn't a concern, so it falls short on the classic RE front, and the combat doesn't have the depth or enemy encounters of the more action focused RE games. And then it just squeezes what little it has under an avalanche of meaningless setpieces, cutscenes, and walky talky moments.
My king has returned I couldn't have woken up to better news🔥🔥
This was really fun. I looking forward to more potential re videos.
Finally a video😌
Also loved the songs u use,if u feel free to share I'll appreciate
I’ll drop the one’s i made for this video Saturday
I like how Jill doesn't even switch her thermal sword off, lol.
I just realized that Carlos Oliveira and Javier Garcia share a voice actor. 😆

He's back

I need that metal gear rising video STAT!
I love infamous as well and happy you love it Akain. Like Cole saids at the end “I will be ready “. I hope you choose to do infamous 2 because its a very controversial one due to the ending
Re2 and Re3 should have had fpv
And right as I was going through a replay of the series. Good timing!
Another banger Brother. I hope you had a great Holiday.
Just had to say you too hilarious bro
I’m watching this video for the 3rd time
Idk what it is about your video style but its laughs throughout, thank you for the work you put into your content 😂🙏🏾
“Bro just chasing for the thrill”
Nah I stg no way she getting away like this 🤣
They turned my favourite Resident Evil game into Resident Evil 6 Light.
I’m such a Jill fan I fw RE3 Remake anyway🗣️🗿. Honestly 2 remake has some of the same issues as 3 but most people don’t speak on that 💀
thank you for the video Akain
and today I’m 17 getting old
Why did they exclude the mercenaries!!?? It originated in Resident Evil 3.
We could have gotten so much more. We could have gotten something akin to ghost survivors in RE2 remake. CAPCOM could have created a mode where you play as Brad. We could have gotten a prequel, playable scenario of UBSC when they arrived and had their mission sabotaged.
One word REsistance.
