Yes. There's a book I read that basically puts men in 3 categories. This is one. The others are dreamer and Captain. The dreamers are actually the creatives. Musicians. Artists. Mostly poor, but fun, with the occasional one that makes it big (hence this channel?). The Captians are the CEOs, pilots, etc. Military. They like things certain ways. Some women like them. They don't have to make decisions very often. Usually pretty steady jobs but work a lot. Get things done.
I had a friend that was a bit jelly of my "rock star" husband. Played guitar. Let me try new businesses. He'd come with me and hang out. Had side businesses. Pretty cool. I told her every time you get jealous, look at your bank account. She thought her husband was boring. He didn't like to do much after a hard day's desk work. I reminded her of that steady pay check. Always comes home at night. Goes to work every day. At the same place for years. Not a lot of ups and downs.
As a man wearing blue light glasses as I type this who also wears collared shirts while driving his sedan to his public sector job with cleats from last night's game in the trunk, it is nice to be seen. I'm average and that's ok.
As a CPA who also plans to buy a Nissan and enjoys gardening, I didn't realize i was a type. Add my cardigans and solid color outfits and I am the female version of thos guy
