I also finally got a good look at Selvena’s new sprites. Like I probably said before, it’s much better! The poses aren’t stiff, her outfit is pretty cool, outshining Sarv’s black outfit, and the hood-hip-wings are unmoving, let’s be honest here, it would look weirder for it to only flap in the idle. The proportions actually make sense now(Which the ones that watched Selv’s Defeat V4 cover knew that it bugged me “for a while”) Anyways, V1 focused on sexualization to the point that it kinda harmed Selv’s character. Now, it seems like there’s a good balance between cute and hot. The funny thing is that V2 is more attractive due to less “fanservice.”

They sure did! It’s also a very interesting way the mind works. Characters that have less visible skin and/or wear clothing colored opposite to their skin tone tend to leave their body’s appearance more to the audience’s imagination, as opposed to half-nude characters who leave practically nothing to the imagination. This usually makes the character with more clothing more attractive because the audience imagines what they think is attractive. Also, not many people like something in one pale color.
Selv in red and black enhances this further by showing a detailed character, but leaving what she would look like colored to the imagination.
@@zackagonxmI think I like this Selvena more due to how fluid she is, she has better poses, more smooth movements, and of top of that it's really really cute! and the red colors really fit her well too, thank you!
