@ Judy GD you're absolutely true. 99% of the people are like that. They'll use you till they get what they want from you and discard you but, they will portray themselves as honest and have slogans to that effect on their social media home pages where in actual they are the complete opposite

just because you are naiv, you are blind, you made illusions on them. Shortly you cheated yourself. And they are what they are. If you were not blind, you would see through who they are, so you would never trust them.
So just learning to find out who you are, what you can or can not. Afterthen you can live and trust anyone you meet.

I am a Christian.....but these quotes by Buddha or whoever they are by are very interesting and some are things that I can see myself agreeing with and incorporating into my daily life.....they do not conflict with my Christian beliefs......however some Christians conflict with my Christian beliefs.....but....that is another matter that I can easy deal with by separating myself from them in peace.

The root of suffering is attachment. In Buddhism there are 4 noble truths: dukkha(suffering), reason for dukkha, destroying dukkha and the path to destroying dukkha. Any form of attachment ends in suffering.
