This is part 2 of our casting lab video focused on pouring and solidification. This video is episode 1 of the instructor led Video Lab series for MM223 2021. The video is meant to be used in the zoom lab session where more explanations are given. For more details see the lab recordings. Safety and PPE videos have been made separately. The video was made for the Manufacturing Processes (MM223) course at the University of the South Pacific to deliver alternative lab experience to students during the COVID19 pandemic.
