I am currently having a banking customer service job, but I want to be part of the wealth management staff. I keep sending resumes but unfortunately no reply so far.
Do you have any advice? should I take some course like Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to increase the chance of getting the new job?
    Or
Should I just keep looking for some more relevant job like the banking teller? Once I luckily get the new job, then take the course mentioned CSC & CPH?
