I liked the way the affirmations were repeated. It sort of gave me an assurance of authenticity. Moreover I liked the last words Thanking us (the listener) for listening. It showed vulnerability. Thank you.
I started listening to this and was going to stop and check out another video because I prefer listening to womens voices but I kept listening and I'm glad I did. Powerful and captivating. Thank You
Thank you for continuing on listening 😊 . We were contemplating which of the both of us should voice it, but determine I should as there's so much audio guided by females, and yet many of the wounds that our inner child's experienced were also inflected by the males in our lives. ~M
Thank you again for creating and sharing this practice. I've done it every morning since I first commented. At first it brought up some resistances and sensations in my body that I could try to attune to and befriend. I found that wonderful and exciting; however, my schedule soon got in the way and it became something I checked off my morning routine before going into my stressful work day. I was thinking again that affirmations maybe just aren't the beneficial practice for me. Ironically or synchronously, this morning this practice shifted for me into a blessing, a prayer, an incantation for strengthening and infusing my compassionate holding with these statements for tending to my inner child or whatever inner parts arise and need met by me. It was a subtle, yet seemingly profound shift from forcing to something else, perhaps being or flowing. 🙏 ☯️
Pergect timing. Thank you!❤
I'm so glad 😊 ~M

Wu Wei does similar to this on his meditation page focusing on aligning and inner balance. Plus meeting your inner child.
