Hey writers here's an idea, how about collecting your brain matter, that somehow got sucked into the past centuries and try writing for the modern era, where women also have rights and choices and can prove they don't need abusive partners in their lives, a story with more intelligence attached to it, that would be great thanks.
My sentiments precisely. It's a disgusting pattern of abuse that is being normalised by these dramas. It is not normal to bully, humiliate and hurt other human beings regardless of your feelings towards them, the only acceptable reason is as self defence and only necessary force at that time. The damage was done, and he did not deserve forgiveness. Good acting and attractive cast.

So this was your typical Cdrama with an absent CEO husband and the long suffering wife who was waiting for the man that she had somehow fallen in love with when she rescued him and then helped to nurse him somewhat back to health. She had the patience of Job to wait for this man who turned out to be in love with a woman he had not seen clearly but in the time that they were together wouldn't he have recognized her voice? That is when he let her speak because at every opportunity he either shut her down or tuned her out. This is another one of those scripts where you do wonder how he stayed wealthy because he had no reasoning or common sense. It took him almost too long after the crazy Duxin (sp) chick nearly killed not only his mother but the woman he was supposed to be in love with to realize what had been right in front of him all along. The best part was when he got down on his knees in front of everyone in attendance at a flower auction and professed his love for her unfortunately he had let the crazy chick and his sister gang up on her several times to humiliate her and FL rightly walked away. He was a hard nut to crack but crack he did and spent nearly two hundred days trying to get FL to forgive him and two traumatic events eventually turn the tide in his favor but if she had let him sweat a little longer it would have been fine. I know people are mad she took him back but the heart wants what the heart wants and she did love him almost from jump while SML was only ever a brother type figure for her. Loved seeing her grandpa, that silver fox and her mom was a steadfast proponent of her DIL. Glad the sister came around midway in the script and the crazy one really gave crazy. so she did her job. The plant & clothing budget was good on this one and everything FL wore was really beautiful. This moved pretty fast and felt like this came early in the careers of both leads because while I did get emotion from both of them I didn't really feel chemistry between them.

Always the same. Ml is saved by fl and mistakes gratitude for love. Fl forgives everything just because ml gets stabbed for her. I can tell from experience, that you might be able to forgive, but it's a shadow over your relationship that you can't easily forget. Being stabbed won't change that. Only long term behaviour of the other will.
