I liked this one a lot. The ex husband gave more of an apology and showed true remorse more than 80% of the other ex husbands in these that get back together with their wives. Good drama. Her not going back to her ex: priceless.
He spent 99% of the drama with the emotional maturity of a toddler. Literally saying to himself that she loves him even through he intentionally provokes her with the evil mistress! He thinks he can control her because she loves him and will accept his mistreatment. I’m so glad she showed him otherwise. The main problem is they they never once established that the two of them ever had a decent marriage. Not one element of gentleness or consensual kissing, for example. All we see is an angry, jealous, violent male lead who goes out of his way to belittle and humiliate his wife.

No returning to a dysfunctional (at best) relationship, where they will most likely repeat the same behaviors that led to their original unhappiness, violence, and divorce. She got out, moved on, and lived a happy fulfilling life!!!!! 🎉 With or without someone else, as long as she left his a** behind!!!👍👏
I would also like to see the evil schemer get punished for a change, not always being able to get away with causing so much trouble and never getting punished for it....really annoying....but these people who marry someone just because they "think" that person is their "saviour" from when they were a kid is crazy though....

The FL keeps getting better with each drama she is in...this version of the drama was done very well it is refreshing to have the 2 ML walk away with the heroine. Some of the troupes were not great but the overall flow of the drama was good. I always like how after the FL leaves the husbands home and new wife come in the family realizes what a gem they had....it does not leave you with a good perspective on what it means to be daughter in law in China...I hope it is not true but it seems to be an opinion that is held by many...worth a watch because as I said FL is getting better with each role...2 ML is also a very good actor...helped with the tone and emotions of the script..I do adore the part were evil female exposes the affair between Fl and her dad to her mom because she has no clue they are a family...this always makes me laugh...this scene is not bad but I have watch better staged and scripted exposures, but this was fun,

Omg this drama amuse me… the husband likes to dote on a woman that’s is not his wife 😅. He neglect the FL and doted on another woman when the FL was his wife and then tried to chase the FL when they got divorced and is married to the other one.
I clicked a LIKE for this one in first place because FL divorced abusive husband and married a way better man. I skipped those excesive insulting scenes, because they bore me. The rest of story is a well known plot, but it was executed well with good acting from all actors.
These two lead actor and actress are unstoppable. Both are amazing actors. The story was the same as many others ,but these two did change it on to another level. For me they did a wonderful job together ❤👏👏👏🇨🇼

Omg this drama amuse me… the husband likes to dote on a woman that’s is not his wife 😅. He neglect the FL and doted on another woman when the FL was his wife and then tried to chase the FL when they got divorced and is married to the other one.
I clicked a LIKE for this one in first place because FL divorced abusive husband and married a way better man. I skipped those excesive insulting scenes, because they bore me. The rest of story is a well known plot, but it was executed well with good acting from all actors.

This FL is a masochist. Obviously, she has the identity, strength, and resources to prevent being humiliated over and over again in these social events. She didn't have to go through all these. 🤦

@@thelmabayoko9446 I'm talking about her just walking out of there and not engaging in low-class arguments in public like a market shrew and not being pushed and pulled around like a rag, or her just having a representative to go in those events, etc etc. while waiting for her people to fix these people's businesses behind the scenes so they won't have any energy to bother her. And she can basically just sue for divorce, it's a thing in other dramas, if the other party is being difficult in the divorce process.
@thelmabayoko9446 That is a good point, but, to be fair, she has the brains and resources to have come up with an alternate identity that isn't completely powerless. She had ways to protect herself more without revealing her identity, so it does start to seem masochistic when she chooses to continually leave herself unnecessarily vulnerable.
@iagreewithyou3478 It definitely would have made for a better plot if she had adopted a more middle-class position and less vulnerable alternative identity. Using her wits and resources to not only hide her identity but also to better protect herself against malicious liars and her idiot of an ex-husband would have made this more realistic and exciting.
Bravo finally FL moved on to pursue her happiness Good drama worth watching 👏👍🎉

This is what we talking bout woman with backbone that serious bout divorce. She stood her ground and moved on. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!! Time to put a stop to woman being abuse, she getting revenge but still going back to the man non ah that 💩. FINALLY when one door close another open with better much better.

Very simple story but exciting and interesting. I enjoyed watching this, although the pace of the story was slow. Anyway, a bit stress free and quiet. Fl was a good actress. She acted in many Chinese dramas. From 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 ❤❤❤ 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 😊😊😊
To marry someone you do not love because you think he saved your life. Stupid much? Staying married to that person and letting his whole family abuse you. Masochistic much? The ML was a bad case of stupid. The FL made an art out of not using her brain. I did not feel any romance between FL and SML. At least she chose the SML in the end - did she do it out of gratitude again? Did she do it, because she found out, that he had saved her life? Would I want to marry a person, who loves whomever she thinks has saved her? Hell no.
