The streets are too overwhelmed with garbage. As a entrepreneur such as myself, I would gather some friends and form an organization, and then take daily pictures of the area showing that the area is filled with garbage every day. Then I'll get some lawyers and activists to help me lobby or petition the government to provide my organization with a yearly budget to clean the streets. And there you have it, you just created a yearly job for yourself and friends.
