As cheap as that ratchet thing seemed I'd say it's a good choice to keep in the boot, if it manages to get the car up and down on the side of the road once then it's paid for itself.
I got some of that yellow tint for an old merc E430 that I took to the 'ring last year. It was horrible to work with and I had the same issue... but I'm sure no one noticed 😅 The light looks like a great buy though!
Flashlight looks very handy, only have a spot light I try to balance in the engine bay and it’s always falling over or too large to get light in whatever dark annoying crevice what I’m trying to mess with is in. Or I’m getting old and it’s always too dark hahaha

Exactly the same mate it's actually a lifesaver and well worth the money I don't know how long the battery will last due to the size though
