He didn't improvise it - Craig Mazin himself wrote it, as a ''that's how your character thinks at the moment, act as if that's what he's thinking'' but Nick Offerman told Mazin he _had_ to say it out loud

Also, it makes me happy that Pascal still seems so proud and nostalgic about his time as Oberyn Martell, 'cause I think he was my favorite character overall.
