- After two years of hard work, my Startup has finally reached a point where we can afford on official office building. Today, we tour three spots in the Venice Beach area ranging from $8,000/month, all the way up to $28,000/month! Plus, we tour the OG Snapchat office on the Venice board walk, so make sure to watch till the end!

Snap House is cool, but hard to fit a studio for creators in there. The most expensive one definitely is the best, maybe you can sub rent it to another startup for the 6 first months ?

Office #2. I have an idea - find another startup to share the space and split rent. Space is too big for your company anyway.
Get the most expensive one because it motivates you to grow into it. You can also see your happy surfing place from your office. It's the perfect balance. You probably already made your decision, but that's my two cents.

Great video! Looking for the right place can be overwhelming for sure. For the office in Venice that is too big/too expensive, you could always consider subleasing some of the space out until you are able to grow into it! Best of luck!

This is awesome! You should definitely think about renting space/equipment to creators in office to encourage face to face interaction and brand promotion. Of course it'd help your bottom line as well...

XD compared to the Louis Rossman NYC real estate hunt this looks beautiful. Similar price ranges but finished floors, no random pipes and wires hanging out the wall, free bags set ups at every location.

You and Henry toured an office. The thumbnail was fine, the new title maybe improvement though more clickbaity than descriptive like the last one. Like if you want the success of your interview videos, the why left gold man sacks video, etc. then provide that content, not allude to it via title then have the video being something different
