Inside Kevin Hart’s Stylish Hollywood Office | Open Door | Architectural Digest

- Today Architectural Digest is welcomed by comedy legend Kevin Hart to tour his stylish Hartbeat offices. A year ago, Hart moved his production company into a new 40,000-square-foot West Hollywood office space previously occupied by the Oprah Winfrey Network. With the help of Kai Williamson of Studio 7 Design, Hart was ready to give the office an edgier makeover, moving away from an off-white, coastal palette left behind by OWN. Together, Hart and Williamson designed a modern, open space that encourages creative thinking and collaboration through glass walls and luxe seating areas. But despite the makeover, Hart has made sure the spirit of Oprah remains, “There’s an energy in this room,” Hart says. “Every once in a while, The Oracle herself speaks to me. I’m trying to get a real mold of Oprah’s hand so I can slap Oprah five every time I leave out. The question is, How am I going to get it?”

Probably one of the best celebrity AD’s I’ve seen. Although explained through comedy, Kevin really understands the relationship between form and function regardless of how expensive things were it wasn’t about the price, rather about how it confirmed to Kevin’s taste. Awesome!
And every chair cost more than $785’000 😉

I like these designs and layouts. It's a mix of contemporary and mid-century modern.
I thought this was overkill.. than you realize Kevin is worth over 300 million with a massive team behind him, so it makes sense. This place is insane.

One of the best office buildings I seen in a while
I absolutely have grown with his discography. He is so versatile with his acting style and energy. I’ve yet to see him having a bad performance. The office is a perfectly balanced structure. It is truly his safe and creative space. Seeing how happy he is to show his appreciation for the people who have helped design and furnish the space. It’s absolutely true when people say when you love what you’re doing it doesn’t become draining
